Our historic bungalow is in the quiet Five Points neighborhood, less than a mile from downtown Asheville and less than 1/2 mile to UNCA campus. There is a keypad private entry to this walk-out suite. Guests can access the yard and gardens, a covered porch with a swing bed, and an outdoor dining area. There is off-street parking. Walkers enjoy proximity to downtown, the Botanical Gardens, the Reed Creek Greenway, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. There is also sauna/cold plunge availability.

Welcome to the Blue Ridge Mountains! This one-bedroom studio at Rumbling Bald Resort is minutes from Chimney Rock, with Asheville, Hendersonville, and Tryon an easy scenic drive away. Relax in a comfy king bed, full-size sleeper sofa, equipped kitchen, balcony, and enjoy full resort access. Best of all, the lake is set to reopen by the end of May after Hurricane Helene—making this the perfect year to visit. The neighboring unit is also available and connects by an interior door.

This unique place has a style all its own. Welcome to the StAy FrAme, a brand new home that is centrally located between Asheville and Black Mountain! Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a full kitchen. Catch the sunset from the hot tub or relax in the barrel sauna after a long hike! Enjoy cool mountain evenings in front of the gas fireplace or the solo stove on the patio! There is also a fenced yard for your furry friends-dogs only please ($75 pet fee)

Enjoy our beautiful spacious private guest apartment. Relax in our backyard full of surprises for kids: swing set, tree house and sand box. Lake Louise park is just 3 min of nice walk where you can find additional new playground, outdoor gym or just walk around the lake. Weaverville downtown with restaurants, brewery, bakery, local art shops, and Yoga studio is just 10 minutes of walk. Well behaved pets are always welcomed.
