This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a fee of 20$ Please let us know if you bring a pet

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Great for place for family reunions . Large backyard with plenty of tables and chairs available on request. Float the Sevier river get out on our Private dock. Tubes available to rent next door @ Hoovers also Atvs you will be in the heart of the Puite Atv trail. 2 restaurant are in the Big Rock Candy Mountain canyon within walking distance. This apartment is a home away from home, cozy and comfortable. Featuring all new amenities with a full kitchen, a trendy bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This is a small town with 1 cafe, an old time general store and an LDS Chapel. Close by is Fishlake, Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Otter Creek & the Puite ATV trails. You can choose to watch TV or use the free WIFI to surf the internet. The apartment is located in Koosharem, Utah. Across the street is the famous Koosharem Café.

La Casita on Main St

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.
