Angela and Alicia’s place was overall great! The location is perfect as it’s close to grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, you name it. Only about a 5 min drive to Laughlin Strip. The greatest thing about this place is the private beach, we had it to ourselves and just had fun with music etc. Finally, Angela was very attentive and was so kind as well.

This place was wonderful! It is right on the river and worth every penny. It was quiet and clean and the views were amazing. We will definitely be staying again. The sunsets were incredible to watch each night. There is a place to tie up your boat, kayak, raft or jet ski. Or just spend a day laying out in the sun on the big beautiful decks. It was a great place for my husband and I to spend our 24th wedding anniversary.

Great place to and stay and enjoy the facility. Would stay there again.

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

We’ve been coming to this property for years before John and his team owned it and they really made some great improvements to the place! You cannot beat the location on the river. Unfortunately, my one yr old son broke one of the refrigerator door shelves but I’m grateful that John was understanding. We ordered a replacement and had it delivered to the home. We really enjoyed staying here and thank John & his team for being responsive and understanding hosts!

Celebrated my Daughters 18th Birthday here. Everyone had a great time and the view was absolutely beautiful! The internet wasn’t working but Dom was very responsive and compensated us for that. Had this been a trip where I had to work it would have been terrible but we were there for fun only, not being able to watch tv didn’t ruin our vacation. The house its self was perfect for us and overall Dom was a great host! We would recommend other people to stay and will stay again in the future if we want to stay at a beautiful place right on the water! Most of all my Daughter and her friends had a great time celebrating being 18!!

Excellent long term stay…Great residence on small lake… Host was very responsive…Great communication… Great location…Drivable to Laughlin, Vegas, Grand Canyon, Lake Havasu and Oatman (a must see) along Route 66…

Overall, this was a fabulous place to stay, our favorite so far. The house, the amenities, the VIEW, everything. Specifically, the WIFI is very good and very strong, the TV's have every streaming service you could ever want, the kitchen is fully stocked, we didn't find one thing that I wished she had and I cooked dinner there every night, she has a working ice maker so plenty of ice. And, most of all, it was so very relaxing.

We keep coming back to this amazing home for our summer boating trips. It accommodates all our needs and is located in a pristine section of the Colorado River. The amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen space, and living space provides all of our guests with room to spread out. The view from the master balcony is magnificent and having our own boat dock is the icing on the cake!

The condo was exactly as listed . Wonderful communication from the host. Steps from the river. Water taxi to casinos available from the doc right outside the condo. Highly recommend.

The place was amazing! Very quiet, private, peaceful and clean. Anything that you needed was provided at the home and was very relaxing and homie. Enjoyed the time with my family here and Michele was always there if anything was needed, great host!

We came to paul and karen for the Thanksgiving holiday and to visit my mother who lives close by . The goal was to escape the holiday/family craziness at our leizure and also have a comfy quiet retreat. That's exactly what we got! It was very comfortable and accomodating, my daughter appreciated the washer and dryer, my fiance the comfy bed and i was happy with a good recliner and full channel tv. Trying to organize 14 people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is stressful and paul and karens place worked out perfect. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it cant be beat.
