These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Cottage at Old Wire

A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The cottage is separate but is on a hilltop next to an 8,000 square foot home. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails. The cottage is conveniently located near Branson where there are a ton of attractions.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Harve Pruitt Stone Cottage on the Little Buffalo

This 1930’s “Giraffe” stone cottage was built by my great grandfather, and the 120 acre property has been passed from him to my grandmother and now to my mom. Recently freshened up with new pillows, towels and added cozy decor. Situated where Spider Branch Creek meets the Little Buffalo River, enjoy your peaceful getaway in the beautiful Ozark Mountains overlooking farm pastures. Close to all the action of Buffalo National River: hiking, canoeing climbing and all the adventurer that offers!

Welcome to our cottage! Bring your guests and make your escape to this private house, perfectly located at the entrance of Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, 3 miles from the much desired upper Buffalo River and minutes from all levels of hiking, climbing, kayaking, and bicycling. Fox Crag Cottage is one of a kind with 4 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen/dining room, and office with WIFI. The residence is 2000 sqft that sleeps up to 15 guests. It sits on two private acres; one acre fenced.

Enjoy the serene surroundings, including our beautiful Swimming Pond, and an abundance of wildlife. Sadie’s Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Sadie’s Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. This resort style offers our guests lots of free amenities like indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, gym, grills etc. Our Lodge has 6 kings, 4 queens, and 4 sofa sleepers. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms & TV. There are 2 levels in the house. Both levels have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, dinning area, fireplace and a back deck with an AMAZING LAKE VIEW!
