It is 9min walking distance from Serdika metro station, connection with Terminal 2, and 2min from the main city movida, Vitosha blvd. Right in front you have one of the best cocktail bars in Sofia as well as a great restaurant district. All main sightseeing locations are in 1km radius. Last floor so must climb the stairs, no elevator!

Our place is an apartment on the second floor of a house close to the city centre, parks, sightseeings, and a sports area. We live on the third floor so if you need anything, the door is always open. You’ll love the spacious apartment, the views, the location, and the garden. It could be ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
