Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Das Appartement liegt 2 Minuten von der berühmten Lichtenthaler Allee . Bushaltestelle 1 Minute . Fußläufig Innenstadt 12 Min. Es befindet sich im 2 OG im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes, sehr ruhig gelegen Blick ins Grüne mit Balkon ,Parkettboden , High Speed Internet, Bluetooth Lautsprecher . Tiere sind nicht gestattet Reinigungsgebühren von € 40.- sind im Appartement zu bezahlen ! Es ist eine Kurtaxe in Höhe von € 4,50 beim Check - In pP p Tag zu bezahlen.Melde Formular muss ausgefüllt werden.

The flat is located in the basement of a 2-party house in a very quiet side street, view directly into the garden. Ideal starting point for hiking. Few minutes from the centre, Lichtentaler Allee and the casino. Other attractions (thermal baths and Festspielhaus) are within walking distance, by car only a few minutes. Per guest and overnight stay 4,50 € guest tax has to be paid in cash.
