This bright and beautiful farm country Cottage is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Surrounded by towering trees, nature and a small farm, this guest house is Colorado country close to the city. High ceilings, stylish floors, newly renovated everything and charming brocante decor combine for a serene, welcoming atmosphere. Guests cross a creek via a small private bridge then wind up a long country driveway leading to this unique listing that is as peaceful as it is charming. Come experience the best of Colorado Springs while staying in this one of a kind property! Our beautiful ranch-style cottage sleeps eight, making it perfect for families and groups. Our cottage offers 3 bedrooms (5 beds) as well as two bathrooms with showers. A full, well-equipped kitchen gives you the ability to make a scrumptious dinner or whip up something quickly. A large living room has sofas perfect for a game night, watching a movie, or relaxing with your group. An attached garage is available for sporting equipment. An outdoor patio table and moveable chairs give you the opportunity to enjoy Colorado's beautiful outdoors from various vantage points around the Cottage. A kids' play set welcomes the little ones. Our property and Cottage is entirely non-smoking, so you will be able to breathe in the beautiful Colorado air both inside and out! Our charming Cottage is a private guest house located on our farm property. You will park right outside the front door. We will contact you the day of your arrival with directions about access and keys to get into the Cottage. Our Cottage is wheelchair accessible, but it also provides immediate access to the New Santa Fe Trail, which is great for running, hiking, biking or just leisurely strolling. Our property is located just over a mile off the interstate, so grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart are only 2-5 miles away. We are one exit away from the Air Force Academy and 8 miles from the Garden of the Gods. We live in a separate house on the property, so we are available to make your stay the best experience possible! This private Cottage home is located just a few miles off of I-25 in Colorado Springs. While being in the heart of the city, this property feels like it's in the middle of the country. It has easy access to the New Santa Fe Regional Trail and Monument Creek. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are all with minutes away. The host lives on the property in a separate home. We are about an hour and a half from the Denver Airport depending on traffic, and 30 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. We have recently renovated our entire Cottage. It is beautiful and clean, a space that our family is proud to invite others into.

Cozy cottage in the center of historic Pine Grove

This historic house in Pine Grove is close to hiking, mountain biking, fishing, a great restaurant (Zokas), and an antique store. Want to work remotely in our beautiful valley? Our internet speeds are 50 mbps. The cottage is a great mix of cozy (from 1890) and new (kitchen and bathroom.) It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, families, and dogs. The house has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. There is another room that includes a sleeper sofa (queen size) for additional guests.
