A rustic dry camping cabin with a front row view of the Collegiate Peaks. This is a campground glamping experience. Has 1 queen size bed and bunk bed. Queen bed is made and bunk bed linens can be provided upon request. This cabin has electricity, heat, private porch, picnic table and fire ring. Please note that there is no plumbing. Cabin guests have full access of our newly renovated bathhouses just a short walk away. Up to 2 dogs allowed with an added flat fee of $25. No additional pets.

The Fox Den is a small-but-cute suite in S. Main next to the bouldering park. It faces an actual fox den—which is how it got its name. It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

Hike, bike, fish, climb, ski, boat, ride a horse, or pet a goat, the Ark Valley has a lot to offer, and our guest house is a great location to set up base camp. The house is located 4 blocks West of downtown in the quiet, residential heart of BV. Take an evening stroll through McPhelemy Park or out to the Peaks View walking path to catch the sunset over Mt.
