Budva Municipality: soggiorni in alloggi con caminetto

Mila bizi kendi pişirdiği süpriz pasta ile karşıladı. Sorduğumuz her soruya anlık cevap verdi . Sadece ev konmaklamamız değil özel işlerimiz işin de oldukça fazla yardımcı oldular. Ev ile ilgili tek sorun klima olmaması yada pencerede sineklik olmamasıydı. Cam açtığımızda dışardan sinek giriyordu . Kapatınca içerisi çok sıcak oluyordu . Evin dekorasyonu da fazlasıyla ilgimizi çekti , sıcağa rağmen son derece keyif aldığımız bir tatil oldu .

Just a great apartment all together. The location is amazing and having a dedicated parking is such a plus. The apartment is clean and spacious. Great for groups up to 6-9 persons

A great place with an amazing view ! A beautiful villa, with great facilities and a beautifully clean pool. Vladimir, the host was very hospitable and kind in providing recommendations and services. Would recommend this villa for families and friends !

My friends and I stayed at Olga’s place for a week. There’s a public transport access and there’s a small convenience store 5 mins walk away. The host was very helpful and could easily be communicated through here or her private number. The pool was lovely and had lights at night which created a nice atmosphere. It’s near Sveti Stefan and Budva 20-30 mins away. The cooking facilities including bbq all work as they should. Overall, we had a great stay at Olga’s place.

We had a lovely time at Marko’s place. It’s totally worth it. The only problem is the narrow road leading to home but it is easy to get used to it ;)

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. Przno, Budva: Superhost Dragan's ' Apartment Langust 4 ' is at an exclusive location in Przno which is about 15 minutes drive from Budva. It's a beautiful ocean front accommodation that's excellently looked after. The caretakers of the property made it a point to enquire if anything was required and also cleaned the place in the mornings. We enjoyed the swims at the beach right in front of the apartment and the food at the line of restaurants located immediately next to the staircase of the accommodation. We had amazing views of the sunset from our balcony. Thank you Dragan for making our stay so very memorable, truly enjoyed it.

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

The best location, the best hosts, the best conditions for living! Прекрасный вариант для семьи из четырёх человек, как у нас! Мы жили в разных апартаментах в Черногории и решили вернуться только сюда! Хозяева чудесные люди, апартаменты со своей отдельной террасой с видом на море, все есть для отличного отдыха. Рядом кафе, магазин продуктов. До пляжа или короткий путь по ступенькам или по дороге немного длиннее, но без ступенек. Ночью тишина и слышно шум прибоя. Спасибо Диане за хороший отдых! Budvada gitmek görmek isteyeceğiniz her yere yakın samimi bir konaklama sağlayan ev sahibi ile de öne çıkması boş kalmaması gereken bir ev. Bahçe çocuklu aileler için mükemmel. Çocuklarınız salıncağın ve kaykayın tadını çıkarırken siz de yanlarındaki bankta kahvenizi içiyorsunuz üstelik hemen ardından 10 dakika yürüyüş yaparak old townda gezebilir sahil havası alabilirsiniz. Her konuda yardımcı olan ve her an cevap bulabileceğiniz insanlar ile konaklaması her şekilde zevkli bir yer. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Amazing apartment, very clean and comfortable. Elena was a wonderful host, punctual and helpful. Parking is easy.

Becici Sunset is truly a wonderful place. Jovan was very helpful to us from the first moment we arrived at the hotel. The hotel has 2 pools and the pools were very clean. The sea view is beautiful. Rooms were generally clean. The location is very close to Budva and there is a market nearby that can be reached on foot.

This is a beautiful property with countless little touches that show it was crafted with care. The location was exactly what we were looking for—up in the hills above the sea, but not so far that it’s impractical to go down to sea level. The road up to the property is ~1.6 km long with an elevation gain of ~160 meters. The road is two lanes wide the entire length and easy enough to navigate. The property has 3 flights of stairs: 1 outdoors, and 2 more inside. The layout is 1 room per floor, which allows for more privacy within the house than you would have from a single-floor layout. The master bedroom on the top floor has a beautiful view of the sea and a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The couch on the second floor is very large and very comfortable, and the kitchen on the bottom floor is very well equipped. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second separate bedroom above the garage.

Pros: - Beautiful new villa, sparkling clean both inside and outside - It has everything you need: bedding, appliance, clean towels, etc - Host was a really good man, super helpful, helped us to set up a day tour to the lake. - Corner shop pretty close to the location, less than a minute walk Cons: - Location kinda sucks, it takes around 25 mins uphill to get home from the beach, which is extra changing when it's +35°C. - Poorly developed area, if you are looking for a nice restaurant or delivery - forget about it. - Terrace with pool is not super private. Generally speaking, both host and villa are amazing, just don't expect much from the location itself.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Virkelig skønt sted i meget rolige omgivelser, dejlig pool område, smuk udsigt over bjerge og havet. Milijana var en meget imødekommende host som mødte os ved huset med alle mulige forfriskninger, og var meget hjælpsom. Eneste negative var at det var lidt svært at kommunikere med familien på Airbnb vil bestemt anbefale stedet.

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Wonderful house with a large area where you can find a lot of places to take a relax time. All consists several levels of terraces which make this very luxury and modern even the house is hundreds years old. All is renovated and looks new, very cosy finished with all amenities you may need. Very big and modern pool. House and sourindings are very clean. There are a lot of water streams coming through the plot what makes this place unique. Hosts are very nice and hospitable. We were welcomed with a bottle of good wine. They replys any questions immediately. We were given recommendations for a restaurants and caffes and they all worked perfectly, especially local Caffe with sandwiches from homemade bread! Ideal place for a breakfast. This is absolutely recommended place to spend time with family or friends. We were sad to leave it even though host gave as another bottle of wine from his collection to make this less painful. Views on sunset and mountains will stay in our memories.
