The host is very open, positive, hospitable and helpful person. Very clear instructions and well thought preparation to meet guests. Always responsive. An apartment is very comfortable and beautiful in the heart of the old city with 5-7 minutes walking distance to Durban Palace Square. Enjoyed staying and will be happy to be back. Highly recommend to you.

Jyoti’s place and location are fantastic for all types of travellers - maybe those who prefer a quiet place nestled away from the buzzing of kathmandu and yet being at walk-in distance from either transportation or 20 minutes walk to Thamel. Jyoti also is a fantastic kind human adding value to the world.

Had a fantastic stay! The property is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy, welcoming feel. Dolma was a super host—friendly & attentive. Highly recommend!

If you have come across this place and are looking at the reviews. Just book it. Honestly there isn’t more to say than that. Great location. Not far from the airport and close to other places in Kathmandu Valley. Walking distance so some unique sites. The Host and his family made sure I had everything I needed, accommodating a late check in. Made wonderful recommendations. The flat is spacious. I really felt at home. Quiet location. As a female solo traveler felt very safe. Did I mention the location was perfect. If I ever return I would stay here again in a heart beat.

In such a busy city as Kathmandu, Pratima's place offers peace and quiet in a lovely neighbourhood. And with lovely views as well. The location was perfect for my circumstances, and Pratima was a very responsive and hospitable host.

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. The place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both husband and wife were incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. We felt right at home and would definitely book again on our next visit to Kathmandu. One of our best Airbnb experience till date. very polite and considerate host, everything in walking distance, and you can hear the birds chirping from early morning to late evenings. It's a great place for families, we stayed over two weeks with our 10-month old without any issues. Everything is as described, and even some of our unreasonable requests (like having a bigger stove, a few more utensils, etc.) were met without any fuss. The only drawback is lack of power back-up, but power cuts happened only 2-3 times during our whole stay, for 10-15 mins only (an emergency light is included, so it's manageable).

Rajendra and Dayi are two very responsive and attentive hosts! I highly recommend them 100%, and I will definitely stay at their place again on my next visit to Kathmandu. Their house is ideally located, away from the noisy center of Kathmandu.
