A perfect getaway for couples and businesspeople coming to Central Texas for fun or work. We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior. We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

Cabelas, Walmart, HEB, Restaurants, many popular food places are within a 2-mile distance. Great for those who plan to visit Austin and major events (Formula 1, ACL & SXSW). We have a special rate for weekly or monthly stay, a great housing option as you work on contract, visit relatives, or wait on housing.
