A perfect getaway for couples and businesspeople coming to Central Texas for fun or work. We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior. We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

Your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free in my spacious home. Master bathroom stands out with heated flooring so you can adjust the temp to your liking. Ceiling fans, cotton sheets, and charging ports in ALL bedrooms on lamps or desks! Enclosed patio has been transformed into a hang-out zone. It’s equipped with a mini split, so you can set the temp. Step outside to the deck & pour yourself a refreshing drink. I’ve stocked the kitchen with a variety of glasses & all the essentials you need.

This is a 1947 ranch style house nestled amongst 500 year old oak trees in the heart of Buda, TX. With sidewalks for miles its walking distance to all restaurants, bars, shops, and local attractions in Downtown Buda, TX (10min walk). The house is located on the same property as Willie's Joint BAR and GRILL. The "World Famous" bar is a staple for tourist, musicians, celebrities, and everyday good ole folks! Its location on Main St. less than 1 mile off I35.

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
