Tom & Sharon were fantastic hosts! They were quick to respond especially with a last minute booking! A cozy and quiet and private spot with stunning views. Easy to get to and plenty to do within driving distance!

Cute place and very clean. Note that the cat requires some care (e.g., being let in and out, refilling the food bowl) which was concerning for us as the weather was very cold and we were away from the house for most of the day and did not want to leave her out in the cold for 12-14 hours at a time. She is very affectionate, tends to want to sleep in the bed, and may wake you up throughout the night. There are lots of scented things around the house (plug-in air fresheners, aromatic pillow sprays, essential oils, etc.) which can be problematic for those of us with sensitivities to artificial fragrances. The house is not well set up for early morning coffee drinkers. There is a deli near by but the coffee is not very good and the market across the street does not open until 8am. We ended up getting our own coffee pot.

Super cute place! We prefer using our own things, but it was well stocked for guests. Also, there are no nasty fragrance smells! I am really sensitive to synthetic fragrances and chemicals, so I contacted them and they don’t use anything like that- what a blessing!! We would definitely stay again, but I would mention a few things for people trying to decide. First, I don’t think there is any air conditioning, or we couldn’t figure it out. It was the perfect temperature for us, but it was too hot upstairs for my daughter-in-law. If you were going in the summer, that may be a problem. Also, we always clean up after ourselves, but they do ask that you take out your own trash and remove the used sheets and towels and place them by the laundry when you leave- just an fyi if you’re used to hotels. Lastly, as mentioned in other reviews, you can hear traffic at night in bed- I actually love that, but some people don’t. It was perfect for us, and we would definitely recommend it!

We love old architecture and this home has all of the charm you would expect, as well as modern amenities. Perfect location for walking to shops /restaurants. Erica was very easy to work with and gave us GREAT restaurant recommendations. The master bath is updated and very nice. After a weary day of travel, we appreciated the ice cold water ready in the fridge and the bottle of Bordeaux wine! We loved that there was a multi-device charging station in the living room. If you love old buildings and deep history, this place is a slice of that experience. Hardwood floors and a replica heat stove in the living room are among other charming features. We received great instructions prior to our arrival. We found the parking spot to be very accommodating. The only things that need tweaking are - the downstairs bath faucet was hard to fully turn off and some of the kitchen supplies needed to be cleaned more thoroughly (although we did not need to use them). Overall, a great experience!

I can’t say enough about this place and air B&B is about all I use anymore. It’s cozy. A balcony on river. Can walk to dock with fire pit. Two bay Doors that open on either side gives nice cool breeze. Private but not too remote from everything. Beautiful maintained. The hosts are nicest people. I’ve been here 3 times and will use it every time I come to New Hope. Highly recommend

It was such a beautiful home in a perfect location. The place is stunning and the photos do not do it justice. We loved how we could walk to all the restaurants/bars in Lambertville and New Hope. We really enjoyed coming back to the house, listening to music and playing shuffleboard. Looking forward to returning!

My stay here was great and would most definitely recommend this place to others. place was well stocked with amenities and very comfy. very clean and would love to rebook some other day

We had a family wedding, and the location was perfect for us. We did not know much of the New Hope area, but we were pleasantly surprised with the number of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The house was great, beautiful kitchen with all modern appliances and very comfortable beds and the view of the Delaware river was amazing.

Loved it. Beautiful spot. Had a small issue with a malfunctioning light and Stuart fixed immediately. 5 stars, would stay again.
