Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. Impressum Aglaja Schott Gütlingstr. 18b 14167 Berlin Our space is truly unique because it offers our guests to experience art while living in Berlin's popular district Mitte. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Moderne Wohnung im altem Gutshaus (I)

Die 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Parterre, ist hell und großzügig (80 qm). Ideal wäre sie für 2 Personen, da nur ein Schlafzimmer vorhanden ist. Weitere 2 Personen können auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Für Kindern kann gerne ein Reisebett mitgebracht werden. Nebenan gibt es eine 2. Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen, die für größere Familien oder Freunde ggf. parallel gebucht werden kann. Die sehr idyllische Landschaft des Oderbruchs lädt zu Spaziergängen oder Radtouren ein.

Spacious attic apartment with great terrace for relaxing in the government district in Berlin Mitte. Centrally located and quiet. Near main station, Spree and Friedrichstraße with attractive restaurants and shops. Theatres, museums, Brandenburg Gate and Berlin sights within walking distance. Very stylish and modern furnished with open kitchen/living and dining area. Two double beds, one of them in the gallery open to the living room with spiral staircase. Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). The nicely renovated kitchen/living room with a long table is perfect for friendly get-togethers. Wifi, linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green gas and electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.

There is one large bed for two in the living room and a bed for one in a separate bedroom. A couch can be converted, in case three people like to sleep in individual beds. The kitchen has all amenities for cooking. The appartment has a floor heating.
