My husband and I were in town for a family reunion and absolutely loved staying in Bruce's place for the weekend. The guest suite was so charming, comfortable, and very spacious for two people. The location was also perfect—easy walking distance to some of our favorite spots in downtown Decatur, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Bruce was also very friendly and communicative. We really hope to stay again in the future!

Private basement apartment. Very quiet, spacious, and clean. Friendly, responsive host thought of everything putting this place together, so we had everything we needed. Many nice touches, from motion-sensor nightlights to a drawer of snacks. Neighborhood was generally attractive, safe, and quiet, with lots of trees. Great place for the price.

Beth has created a cozy and peaceful place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a trail nearby. I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay and will be back.

Beautiful old home, with all the fixings, gorgeous old claw bathtub. Home is cozy and wood-clad comfort; Theresa is so welcoming and willing to fix any minor discomfort rapidly. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely place to stay. Perfectly accommodating. If the stay involves anything medical, the Northside Hospital is only about a 7 minute drive. A gorgeous neighborhood with tons of trees, flowers, and birds for a relaxing recovery. Very peaceful with hospitable hosts.

It was a relaxing stay. It was great to meet her in person and house was cozy and my grandchildren was even entertained. I would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. My best friend and I wanted to spend a few days in Atlanta and this place was perfect. Close enough to both the city and other attractions in the surrounding areas. It was large enough so that we didn’t feel cramped, and had pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of local stores and restaurants nearby. I’d recommend staying at Andrew’s listing and would stay again.

I had a chance to speak with Juanito (John) and what a vibe! the house felt like a big hug after a long trip traveling and returning back after. Rufus Du Sol concert and the nearby amphitheater. Will definitely return, house is awesome and everything is carefully curated and thought provoking.

We had to come to Canton 2 weeks in a row, for surgery follow-up appointments. We stayed in the Suite Retreat last week; loved it so much, stayed again this week! And we'll be coming back for future follow-up appointments, as well as family events (and lot of family in the area). I think that says it all!!! We're repeat guests, and will be for a long time coming!! The accommodations are welcoming and peaceful, and great value for the money, and David and Patti are the most personable Hosts we have ever encountered--seriously! I just can't say enough God things about the entire experiences -- 2 visits and counting!

Our family of three stayed for two nights, at the end of a multi-day bike trip. What a great place to wrap up our ride! The space is perfect, and Vanessa and her family were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it won't be the last. I couldn't be any more positive. The unit is spacious, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean. The owners have added nice touches everywhere - from a Keurig coffee maker with good coffee to snacks to information on the area. The neighborhood is very nice and the house is just a few tenths of a mile from the Atlanta Beltline and Piedmont Park. We used to stay in a hotel in Midtown when we visited our son and this is much better. Certainly more convenient to the east side of Atlanta where we spend most of our time, but still quite close to other parts of the city.

Matthew was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate us with ease. My husband’s ring was misplaced, and Matthew went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The massage chairs were top tier.

Ms Joyce is a fantastic host. The location couldn’t be more peaceful in a busy capital city. She responded quickly to any questions I had, and her dogs are friendly.

Fantastic stay! Basement apartment (very cutely decorated) in a well-kept older neighborhood. Well stocked with coffee and snacks, and best of all, fresh eggs from the backyard. Darci was always responsive and kind. I will definitely look for this property again if in the area.

Super nice couple. Very helpful when needed. Awesome experiencing their world in the midst of a very private and comfortable stay! Everything you need is there if not just ask! Very accommodating even with small children.

This little gem was exactly as the pictures show. Well lit and marked, Lacy made it easy to check in even when we had to arrive late at night. The place is decorated so cleanly, we could have enjoyed staying there a long time. Her welcoming touches were really appreciated!

The place was great! So close to a beautiful park in The Prado area. Easy walk to anything you need on Peachtree. Perfect for a single or couple for a few days. Thanks! I'll be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here - we came for our one year anniversary and we left extremely refreshed and energized. Place was immaculately clean, backyard was magical, enjoyed the movie room, bed was comfortable - couldn’t have asked for more!
