Una casa cómoda y bien ubicada. Todo funcionaba bien dentro de la casa. Los baños y las camas cómodas. Nos gustó la ubicación, es aislado del ruido, perfecto para relajarse y pasar unos días tranquilos en contacto con la naturaleza. A la salida del vecindario, tienes restaurantes, supermercado, farmacias, etc. Alojamiento esta aproximadamente a menos de 30 min del downtown de hots Springs. Robert fue muy atento desde antes de llegar hasta que salimos, no hubo ningun inconveniente. Realmente la pasamos bien y sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos.

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful home! A great get a way spot for a couple looking for a close, quiet vacation from the DFW area.

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Rory’s place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Any help or questions we had, they were happy to assist and went beyond our expectations. You will love this place and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. We will 100% be returning! Thanks Julie and Rory for a 5 star experience!!!

Such a beautiful home! The decor is classy but fun. Each room is beautifully detailed. Not one space was overlooked. Very spacious, warm and cozy rooms. Super stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room. They thought of everything and did not skimp on anything! So thoughtful and creative. Beautiful outside area with multiple spaces to cook, relax, visit with each other, enjoy the lake view and sit around the awesome fire pit. Thanks for the complimentary S’more fixins’! Pleasant surprises at every turn. Close enough to downtown Hot Springs. We shopped, had lunch and enjoyed the baths and spa. The perfect girls’ birthday get-a-way! Vernon quickly responded from beginning to end. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely comfortable house. It was retro but had all the modern conveniences. Dawn answered any question we had right away. The house is located near and walkable to downtown which even in our 70's we did several times. The next street over had my favorite 2 restaurants Colorado Grill and SQZBX brewery and pizza. The margaritas were excellent at the grill. Our pup enjoyed walks on streets around the house that had very little traffic. There is an area in the back that she could run around off leash with supervision. There were some expected noise when the seperate upstairs part of the house was occupied. Some creaks due to older home with wooden floors. Never heard any other sounds such as TV's or voices so we did not mind this. Dawn had so many unexpected extras. She had snacks, coffee pods, and things we could have forgot. Everything we needed was there without going out when we got there. Would definitely want to stay there again.

First time in Arkansas, and coming from AZ, the historic home is so fun to see how different they are from my state. The place was in a walkable area, so getting to places and the river was so easy. The home was neat, pretty, and overall very cozy for the stay. It had what we needed and then some and I couldn't ask for anything less! Thank you for hospitality, i recommend it for anyone in the area and wanting a cute neighborhood to see and coming home to a pretty scenic house.

This was our second time staying at Kristy’s house and we loved it just as much as the first time! The house is in the Hillcrest neighborhood, which is a super safe and family friendly neighborhood that is walkable to great restaurants, coffee, shops, bars and grocery stores. Kristy was Very responsive. The beds are super comfortable And the large chair in the living room is super cozy! We felt right at home and will continue to use Kristy’s house when we are in town!

It was an excellent stay . We picked a weekend where the weather was terrible but the house was comfortable enough to stay in and enjoy the house despite the weather . Christopher was very sweet and helpful. Answered the phone every time I called with no hesitation. Overall 10/10

We enjoyed staying at Michael‘s place very much. The beds are very comfortable. The view was beautiful at the lake. I plan on coming back to hot Springs and would love to stay there again. Thank you, Michael.

We had a great stay! The house was private and in a convenient location to the state parks and Hot Springs National Park. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading in a quiet setting too! The house was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Everything was exactly as pictured. There were lots of little extras, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, sewing kit, a variety of coffee pods, snacks, etc. All thoughtful things that made this a great rental!

The house was very clean and well maintained. Responsive hosts that were very accommodating of us and our dogs. On one or two occasions we were able to hear walking upstairs but they were not during the night or morning. Overall I highly recommend
