It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. Our Aggieland retreat is minutes from Texas A&M and has been renovated for your enjoyment. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new energy efficient windows throughout, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.

The Howdy on Harper!

This is a 5 bedroom 2,628sqft house with plenty of room for friends and family! This modern home is perfect for anyone visiting Bryan College Station. It’s only 12 minutes from the school and in a safe, new construction neighborhood. Unfortunately the pool table was recently broken and replaced with a foosball table. The Parkside retreat has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a queen bed in each of the rooms. We have direct access to the Edgewater park, just open the backyard gate and you can enjoy all the amenities our neighborhood park has to offer! Our backyard has plenty of space to enjoy an A&M football game on our back deck and play some cornhole with family and friends! We are also located about 5 miles (10 minute drive) from Kyle Field!
