Cutest cabin!! Very comfortable!

This is our second time coming back here and it is fantastic! The staff is nice and the setting of the cabin is so calm and peaceful it was perfect for just getting away from the city and enjoying nature! Will definitely come back here again!

We have a lovely stay here. Clean and tidy place. Lake was also nice. Shelby was very good at communication, the reply was within 10-15 min. I will probably bring my all familiars in the future. We checked in and went to the casino and back at 2 pm.

The cabin was in a great location for our short vacation. It was so cute, too! Thank you!

Absolutely loved the cabin at the lake. It was very well maintained-seemed like it was fairly new. The night light option on the switch in the bathroom was my favorite-I hate having to take a night light to a hotel for the bathroom! The only thing that I would have liked, is some kind of small stand in the bathroom for toiletries and maybe a small stand to place a suitcase on. Will be returning next week-I love it!

Had a great time. Staff was very friendly due to their staff working outside around the cabin that I rented. They put us in a different cabin to keep us from hearing all the noise that was very thoughtful. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Peaceful, quiet area that seems out of the way but still close to town. Perfect for our weekend getaway.

We had a group of 10 who stayed at Pete's place for our annual bass tournament. This was the absolute perfect place for us! Plenty of space to accommodate us and very close to the lake/boat ramp. Pete was very helpful and responsive in being flexible with us and providing great instructions and information. There were plenty of games and activities for us to enjoy, along with a great hang out area at the mess hall. We enjoyed the big screen TV and pool table set up out there, and there were plenty of items stocked in the kitchen for everyday use. I can't recommend Pete and his beautiful place to anyone looking for a great, peaceful getaway at Lake Bois D'arc! Especially if you have a large group and need separate spaces. It was an overall great time! Thanks again Pete for hosting us!

I absolutely loved my stay at the tiny home on the 10-acre ranch—it was peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The fresh air, quiet nights, and wide views made it the perfect escape from the city. I will definitely stay again for another relaxing getaway.

Excellent stay! Super cozy space and very cabin-esque! The kitchen/grill area was useful and stocked with lots of supplies/necessities. Fun little walk to the pond on property. Very peaceful and quiet. The beginning of our stay was COLD while the end of our stay was HOT; however, the a/c unit and space heater in the cabin kept us comfortable under both conditions. The bed was very comfy. Definitely recommend this place!

This place was perfect for what we needed. My husband’s job asked him to work up there for 2 months. I work remotely so me and our 2 dogs went with him. The size of the home was just what we needed. I had enough room to set up a folding table and work with my 3 big monitors set up. It was also nice having the fenced in backyard for our dogs. We liked that the fence was see through so you could see the scenery around you. We enjoyed sitting out there watching the sunsets and playing ball with the dogs and looking at the stars at night. It’s quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed going into downtown Denison a couple times. The Green Growler bar’s food was really good and their craft beer was delicious. The Pizza Inn Cafe in Denison was delicious too. We also went to Oklahoma one night to the Choctaw Casino and that was fun. The host was friendly and reached out once in the beginning via Air bnb messenger to check in and see how we were doing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our peaceful stay in this cute little tiny home. It was the perfect size for us, and in the future we’d love to bring our boys and they’d absolutely love the loft above the entry way. Everything was so clean and well put together. Thank you very much and we will be back!

Such a great place to stay. I went there alone needing time away, and it was such a great place for that. I enjoyed the hot tub, fishing, and enjoying the nature. So peaceful and quiet. Dave was so sweet I got the pleasure of meeting him, he talked so highly about his wife Pepper who created this little oasis. It has a barn that is shared with the other guest, great way to meet some new people. The barn has a full kitchen to cook and also an entertainment room with games. Would be a great place for a family reunion. I will for sure be back. (:

This tiny home was the perfect place for us to overnight on our travels...so peaceful, friendly neighbors, and I felt safe running solo in the area early evening. We will definitely stay with Gwen again if in the area.

This is a beautiful property and the house was well stocked and just right for the 2 of us. I would have liked to have hot water and a can of wasp spray to kill the many bugs we had, but I loved this place. The lake setting was beautiful.

This place is beautiful. The house is very clean and well-appointed. Everything you are likely to need is already there. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Justin was great with the communication. This home has an incredible view and we sat on the front porch and listened to the birds for a long time. Neighborhood is very quiet. We will absolutely come back. One of the best homes I have ever visited. Fantastic.

We wanted to slow things down and this place was perfect. Downtown Denison was nice with no waits at restaurants and we loved the small town feel. It was what we were looking for. The Airbnb was just as advertised and we enjoyed the patio in the cooler mornings and evenings.

Such a wonderful place! The cabin was clean and welcoming as soon as we arrived. The place looks small in the pictures, but it was actually very spacious and didn’t feel confined at all. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend such as soap, detergent, fire starters, etc. definitely returning for a nice and quiet weekend getaway!
