This newly built basement studio for one guest offers you a cozy and clean place to stay in a very quiet, safe and nice area of Rosewood, Saskatoon. There's a private side entrance to the studio and our place is close to parks and 3mins walk to the nearest bus stop. The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free street parking and other great amenities. While a partner can visit (NOT TO SLEEP OVER), it is best suited for one guest, due to the size of the studio.

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

Go for walks, relax on the decks , it’s a setting to spend quality time. Currently we are only open for Hunting season. September and October. *Note, due to certain issues and damage,hunting dogs will no longer be allowed in the lodge but are welcome to be kennelled in the garage or barn.
