Quick 16 mile drive to Sterling State Park. Close to restaurants. Full kitchen and bathroom. 30 minute drive to downtown Detroit or Ann Arbor for sports.

Enjoy a stunning view of lake Erie from both bedrooms or through the 14 ft glass wall in the living room. The kitchen boasts all new appliances, quartz countertops and all of the cooking supplies needed. The house is located in between two public beaches and offers its own access into the lake. Wineries, Pelee Island, restaurants and golf courses.

Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

Featuring 2 bedrooms with queen size mattresses, plus a double size sleeper-sofa to accommodate 6. 1.5 baths for added convenience. Well supplied (some might say gourmet) kitchen provides everything you need to cook up the bounty of the county. LEE Cottage is here for you to enjoy all four seasons of Essex County and Lake Erie.
