Enjoy a unique stay with a spectacular view at Stephanie's House! Built in 1882, this charming Victorian farmhouse was used in 1986 film 'Short Circuit'. Located in historic Uniontown-Alameda, guests are just minutes away from downtown Astoria, and a short drive to our many coastal attractions. The patio boasts one of the best views in town- the Astoria-Megler bridge and the mighty mouth of the Pacific Ocean. If the rain keeps you inside, the same view is available from every bedroom window.

If you are looking for a memorable experience as well as a comfortable place to rest during your travels in the PNW, our tiny house may be just the spot for you! Feed our resident farm animals treats, enjoy the views of the valley and river below from the outdoor covered seated area, or snuggle and read a good book in this super cozy setting. Batwater Station Tiny Cabin on the Columbia River

Experience an otters view of the Columbia river at the cabin which is remote from the other buildings. It includes heat, good internet, several streaming TV channels and trundle bed that makes into king size bed with cabinets and cold water sink. Your retreat includes gazebo with propane barbecue, fire pit and outhouse. Bedding, cookware, dishes, oil, coffee, tea, coffee pot, etc. are provided as well. Access to pier house includes heated shower and bathroom along with full kitchen.

"Fairview" of the Columbia River!

3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!

Vacation Apt. Walk to River and Vista Park.

Our 322 sq ft. vacation rental apartment is next door to, but separate from our two room Twin Gables Inn on Skamokawa Creek. Best for two, but sleeps four in a pinch (Wall bed in living room). The apartment does not face the creek, but it is 30 feet from the back door to the water's edge. 5 steps up to the apartment. Breakfast available at inn. Small dog with prior permission only. Dog-friendly park, wildlife refuge and Fairgrounds nearby.

Tonquin's Rest Guest Suite in Astoria, Oregon

Tonquin's Rest is a beautiful private suite in the upstairs of a 1903 Victorian home in Astoria's tranquil Uppertown neighborhood. The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. Watch the deer wander through the backyard as you drink your morning coffee on your private balcony.

Our cabin is on a quiet country road. While nestled in the trees, the cabin sits on a bluff and offers amazing views of the Columbia. It is 45 min. from Astoria, and 60 min. from Long Beach. Sit on the porch and watch river traffic, eagles and deer. Build a fire, in the fireplace, or the firepit. play games or read. Relax on the porch with a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of wine and enjoy the stunning view of the river and the wildlife.

Our unique, peaceful sanctuary near the Goonie House, with a private entrance, is clean & roomy. With 4 beds, micro, sink, frig, bath w/shower, gas fireplace it is perfect for solos, couples & sm. families (8yrs & up supervised by an adult at all times). Just steps from the original settlement in the historic district, our house is within a few blocks of the Columbia River Maritime Museum, the Heritage Museum, the Ft. George and Reach Break breweries, the Bow Picker and the Riverwalk. This house features off street parking (a rare find in downtown) and a full upstairs suite.
