Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. It is connected to my home but has own entrance, parking and garden. Caution: Carpark entrance VERY steep. 7 steps

This is a 35 sqm studio/ensuite with its own separate access. It's very close to the beach and Takapuna Village where there are more than sixty cafes and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. It's a short stroll along the beach to the Takapuna Beach Cafe & Store for the best Brunch in Auckland. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
