The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Our home is your home! We respect diversity and inclusion, and welcome everyone! Light, bright coastal living cottage, with garden to forage in. We are approx 900m from the local township and shops, situated at the end of a culdesac with no passing traffic. Enjoy full sea views from most rooms, and watch the ferry crossing from the deck. Quality appliances include Miele dishwasher and washing machine and SMEG oven. You are invited to forage in the gardens for veges and herbs. Free wifi too!

Saltwater is a purpose-built holiday house located on 20 ha (50 acres) of bushland overlooking the tranquil waters of Pelican Lagoon. Completed in 2019, the house is light-filled and airy, with north-facing windows and deck capturing the winter sun and wonderful views of the lagoon and surrounding bush. The house is simply but tastefully decorated with bamboo flooring, comfortable furnishings and beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The nearest neighbors are 1 km away.
