Cozy 'Dutch Style' Loft in Hilversum

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

This cosy Penthouse on the top floor of a Canalhouse has all the Luxery you can wish for. Located in the old town, just a 1-minute walk from the park and center ring. Small coffee shops, vegan, healthy food and many cozy, affordable restaurants are within walking distance in arguably the most beautiful city in the Netherlands. With the train station around the corner, it is the perfect place (in the middle of the country) to make your city trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the beach.

Feeling at home in authentic centre near beach

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated in 2016/2017 and updated in 2021. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

Ontbijt op verzoek. Buurt vlakbij park, winkels en restaurants. Betaald parkeren in parkeergarage op 300 mtr. Eigen opgang,twee trappen waarvan alleen de eerste gedeeld wordt. Kruiskozijn-Tuk aan de Vliet Loft

Welkom in je eigen, monumentale loft, met een kruiskozijn uit de 16e eeuw, maar liefst. Ook de balken waar je onder slaapt zijn antiek. Zeventiende eeuwse, ronde sparretjes tot in de nok. De faciliteiten zijn 21ste eeuws en je hebt uitzicht op de Vliet aan de ene kant en de varkensstal met groendak aan de andere. Rust & groen om je heen, met de historische binnenstad op 10 minuten fietsen. Ochtend 1 & 2 krijg je van ons een mandje met ontbijt.

Light & Lofty Townhouse, in 'de Pijp'

I transformed this '19th century hay attic' on the second floor into a comfortable home (My 12 year old son and I live here). It is very light and spacious. The neighbourhood is filled with delis, bars and restaurants. Rijks, Stedelijk, van Gogh museum and the canals are around the corner. So are bike rentals, canal cruises, Paradiso and Concertgebouw. It is my home and studio (I am a designer), when I am travelling, I AirBnB it.

Nu is het een gezellig appartementje met hoge plafonds, een maritieme sfeer en een Frans balkon in de woonkamer.
