A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Min's walk to Nth Broulee (Dog Beach), Coronation Drive shops (Broulee Brewery, Cafes , Surf Shop, Pharmacy), & out from our back gate to Train St shops (Mossy Cafe & supermarket), Captain Oldrey Playground, football, netball, basketball, cricket.

Enjoy suberb location of this 80's bedsit- large bathroom, bath, toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to main house it has a private entrance and 2nd Airbnb nearby. Bedsit doesn't face the ocean. Nearby cafes are available for meals or you can cook simple meals. Take one minute walk to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.
