Wow. Beautiful home. The rooms were large and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed for our visit. The bathroom was huge and the tub was a nice surprise. The hosts were so welcoming. My 80 mother was in our party and she has mobility issues. Barrie could not have been more accommodating. My mother said she might just stay!! Overall a 10!!!

Maureen's place was ideal for our family and friends to gather. Plenty of space and seating in the living area to hang out together. The kitchen was well stocked with items to prepare and serve food and drinks. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage space. I think the most fun part of the house was how Maureen curated the art, furniture and unique items placed around to create a special stay experience. We had a very wonderful, memorable time.

We stayed here for the weekend with our group of 6 and 2 dogs. Wonderful time! The house had everything we needed - very comfortable open space and every kitchen/bathroom amenity you could need. Even though it was a rainy weekend we got to enjoy the kayaks, fishing, hike at Salt springs state park and of course the sauna! We’d love to come back in the summer months to enjoy the awesome outdoor space!

Loved the lake house. Very clean. 2 outside decks with beautiful views. rowboat and kayak for the lake. Fire pit with fire wood available. The house was great and would definitely rent again!

We were able to check in ourselves and the unit was on the first floor which was appreciated by weary travelers. Juan provided protein bars and fruit snacks plus coffees and bottled water, all very much appreciated. He reached out with a personal note which was a nice surprise, too. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this great house a few time before this visit. We always repeat as this is a great location for us, the house is spacious (3 bedrooms!), clean, and check-is is easy. We have family in this area and this house is perfect for our visits

yoni was such a fabulous host—he answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave great recs for things to do and towns to visit nearby. the space was exactly as described/pictured and was more beautiful in person than i imagined. it’s definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. plus we loved the sauna, games, and projector! will definitely come back :)

absolutely stunning, it's worth the small amount. there's so much to do if your an outdoors person. only suggestion would be more oven cookware (no cookie sheet, or baking pan). it's was fabulous being away from society and grounding to nature

What a perfect spot! Close to everything, yet very quiet and private. The pool was a great addition to an already beautiful home. The kitchen is fantastic and had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of flexibility for our group of 9. Could have easily had 4 price more with space to spare. The bathrooms were clean and everything worked great. And all the towels and linens and sheets were clean and neat. Will definitely rebook next timber make it to the area.

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

We’ve stayed a lot of places in Binghamton and this was by far the best of all. Peaceful quiet neighborhood with only a couple neighbors. In the morning you get to enjoy the beautiful sounds of the woodpeckers and nature. The house is adorned with high end furnishings, the coziest blankets and linens, and all the appliances/extras one would need. Our boys especially loved the family board games. Salamon and Shadae are super responsive for any question or need. Highly recommend!

With both our kids meeting up with us, the kitchen worked like a charm as they were very excited for a home cooked meal. Also, the description on the website matched very well, and it was clear how much the nightly rate would be beyond the two of us. We would certainly stay again.

I had the absolute pleasure of heading back to the cabin this past weekend for what has become a tradition—our annual fly fishing trip. Every year, this place manages to surpass the last, and this trip was no different. From the moment we pulled in, Craig’s warm welcome and signature hospitality made us feel right at home, just like always. It is clear that he and Sandra truly care about the property—not just how it looks, but how it feels. There is a genuine sense of comfort and care that sets the tone for the entire weekend. The cabin is just as beautiful as I remembered—cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable (which we definitely appreciated after long days on the water), and the view from the deck remains my favorite way to start the morning with a cup of coffee in hand. Our son's wedding was in Binghamton and we had to bring our 2 dogs Koda and Moose. We booked another airbnb which canceled and we were lucky to find Jordan's place. He actually met us at the check- in asking if we had everything we needed for the dogs bowls, beds. His place was right near all our wedding events and the dogs settled in beautifully. It was a wonderful quiet neighborhood, great place to take your dogs for a walk. We did not have children with us but if you do the upstairs rooms were delightful for children. High Top House is a beautiful house, located on the edge of a state forest. Beautiful , peaceful location and a great resting place. The house felt like it was their own house, not sset us as a rental - very comfortable and stylish. Every room had views to the countryside. Chris and Therese welcomed us as if they were welcoming us into their own house, and even had all sorts of treats and useful items ready and waiting for the dog we thought would join us this weekend. We would absolutely look at staying at High Top House the next time we’re in the area.

This was a great stay on a beautiful, small lake. It is a little neighborhood lake with houses fairly close to each other. The house is wonderfully decorated. The hosts were great communicators and had great suggestions.

Paul is the best host I have ever communicated with through Airbnb. He is extremely responsive and keeps a very clean place. Will be staying here for years to come.
