We value a private setting and will be available next door in the main house if you need us. It is a short walk to a nearby farm with cows, donkeys, goats, and a fantastic farm stand (Pumpkin Patch from Sept-Oct!) Just 8 mins to Oquaga Creek State Park for hiking and swimming, 10 to Deposit for fly fishing, antiques, and other charming towns.

Places to eat down town, pizza, diner, bakery and family restaurant. Bowling very close by. Please keep in mind, this apartment is above our garage, so stairs in front to enter.

Cozy older home. Lots of space. Great outdoor patio space for entertaining. 10 mins from Binghamton. Quiet neighborhood. Fire pit in the back with chairs, grill and lots of board games for the family fun nights! Coffee bar, breakfast snacks It’s a must stay !! I do have an outdoor cat that likes to hang out on the patio, he is friendly and loves people.
