It is a great get away for a guy's weekend or family gathering, or Bird Watchers. Brief overview of the home: -1 bedrooms -1 bathroom -1 car carport. Sleeping arrangement can accommodate up to 6 adults that include 1 Queen Bed, 1 sofa Bed, 1 Futon. Flat Screen, Dish Network, Kitchen and Bath essentials, Cleaning supplies and Vacuum if needed.

We have a farmhouse-themed guest apartment with its own private entrance and private deck with a view of a private lake through the trees in the piney woods of East Texas. The room features brand new appliances as well as a coffee bar. There is a very comfortable king-sized bed and a hide-a-bed. There is plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The laundry room is also accessible. This listing is attached to my house but we are quiet neighbors!

Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard.
