This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

Welcome to my cosy and spacious 1-bedroom flat, located perfectly between Brixton and Oval – two of London’s most vibrant areas! This flat is my personal home, which I rent out when I'm not in London, so you’ll enjoy a warm, lived-in atmosphere with all my personal belongings thoughtfully placed throughout. Be conscious the flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Location: Brixton Tube Station (Victoria Line) is an 8-10 minute walk away. There is a Tesco garage just across the road.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

This unique street facing space has a large rear facing internal window looking into a shared work studio (there is a curtain). We are Located near buzzing cafes, galleries, parks, and landmarks, it’s well-connected to central London via nearby transport. A welcoming family live-workspace offering a comfortable and inspiring base to explore the city.

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.

Located in a quiet street a short stroll from Brixton tube and train station. Buses run from nearby into central London. There are plenty of local shops, cafes, restaurants & pubs nearby including the famous market.
