We had a lovely weekend stay at Simon's gorgeous house. He was extremely accommodating (especially because we were a hen group, albeit not a rowdy one!) and gave clear instructions about check in. The house is really well appointed with everything you could need, and beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Simon let us check in an hour earlier and I also appreciated the midday Sunday check out time.

We had a great stay at Caroline's house in Whitstable. It was very well kitted out and in an excellent location. The host was great at communicating before our stay, there was also an info book with clear instructions and helpful local recommendations. We were a group of 8 (including a toddler and dog) and would happily stay again!

Absolutely wonderful house to stay in. My children who are 9 and 11 had a wonderful stay in Canterbury, especially as the home was central to so many activities, shops, restaurants, the cinema, a great indoor arcade area, and so much more. The parks were beautiful, the home was warm with everything we needed. Fantastic will stay again

Due to issues with the original booking Laura very quickly contacted us and arranged for us to stay at Quince cottage this was a lovely clean place to stay with a large garden and easy access to all amenities so we were very happy with our stay.

Property is ideally situated and very close walking distance to town centre. Property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The information sheet provided all working details for the property amenities and some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Excellent home for a weekend away, we loved it. Deanna was extremely helpful - loads of useful recommendations and clear instructions. House is spacious, beds v comfortable and the outdoor area at back was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Stephanie's with our family. Stephanie was friendly, helpful and very responsive. A great location for the beach and harbour, a very clean, comfortable and stylish home.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

Lovely quiet location. Home was well equipped & clean. Jamie met us there & showed us around, which was lovely. Communication before & after has been amazing. Nice for the kids in the conservatory with games.

We had such a gorgeous stay at the Yurt! Such a lovely, peaceful, quirky place. We were two adults and two kids (3 and 6), and the yurt was a great size for us, surprisingly spacious and very cozy and comfortable. The sunken bath in the garden was amazing - idyllic and enjoyed by all! The separate bldg with the movie snug and kitchen (and a shower and seating area) was also really fun, very conveniently stocked and just lovely. Everything was fab, we’d absolutely recommend and would love to come back again! Also - this location was perfect, a short walk through a lovely park and by a canal into town, and a huge Sainsbury’s nearby which was convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer, kids didn’t want to leave!

A Perfect Birthday Getaway! I recently celebrated my birthday at this incredible Airbnb, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beautiful, expansive garden that provided a serene backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The decor throughout the space was stunning - tastefully curated and incredibly inviting, it made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was cosy and warm, perfect for unwinding. Every corner of the property seemed to have its own charm, making it a delightful place to explore and enjoy. Additionally, Karen & David were fantastic! They were super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. We truly had an amazing time and would definitely return to this gem of a place. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and cosy getaway! 5 stars!

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

A wonderful venue for a family get together. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished in Art Deco style. The position and views were amazing, and the heated pool was the icing on the cake! Lovely stay! Clean and tidy caravan with a homely feel. Angela was great at communicating and extremely helpful. Good location and a short drive from some great locations. We would love to return!

We loved our stay here. It was just the seaside break we needed. It is so close to the sea. The apartment has a lovely bedroom, a little hotel-style catering area and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast area allows you to look out onto the garden and you are sheltered from the road by flowers. The road was quiet. We were easily able to park on the sea front everyday and our stay was in April. We ate at the Marine Hotel one night, just along the front and walked into Whitstable for Turkish food another night. Both were good. What a lovely area!

Esther place is a lovely base to enjoy a weekend in Deal. Beautifully arranged, it has everything you can wish for for an easy weekend. It has easy access to the beach and the town centre. We really enjoyed the food scene in Deal and long walks on the beach. Our favourites were The Rose, The Frog and Scot and the Pinardier were we had a lovely evening of wine and blues music.

lovely basement flat,warm cosy,and close to all amenities. Perfect for dog walks as park near by and shops also. Such a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep and overall felt like a home from home.

Great location. short trips to so many beautiful beaches and bays. house is bigger than expected. down stairs was huge for 2 adults and 3 kids. No walkable shops nearby so take what you need, cafe was good when open. Lovely little village

We stayed in Petham as a base to explore the surrounding areas of Kent and had a lovely time. The cottage is in an extremely quiet and rural setting which was perfect for us and our dog. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was beautifully clutter-free, creating such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. perfect for unwinding. The decor was thoughtfully done and gave the flat a cozy yet stylish feel. I especially loved the bath! it was such a treat after a long day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed, which made cooking super easy, and loved the big dinning area. A couple of small downsides: the TV in the front room didn’t work during my stay, and being a ground floor flat, I could hear a fair bit of noise from upstairs. The garden could also use a bit of tidying up (we had our dog and was a little uneasy with him being out there). That said, I would definitely stay again. The peaceful interior more than made up for the minor issues!! Thank you so much!
