Our 4 luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Well behaved dogs are now allowed in this hut. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years!

Perfect for reactive dogs. Up to two large or three medium dogs welcome (even on the bed - we provide throws). Perfect under the stars. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub available (for a fee). The hut has plenty of walks so why not go down to the river or pop to the gastro pub for food or the beach which is less than 11 miles away. Norfolk boards is only a mile way. As darkness falls, it’s time to toast marshmallows on the fire pit with fairy light all around before snuggling up in the king size bed or in the woodfired hot.

One of just two huts in a secluded spot where native woodland meets grazed meadow at Berry Farm, a co-operatively owned holding managed for wildlife habitat value and sustainable food production. The 12 volt lights and USB charging points are solar powered, the toilet is a composting 'tree bog' and the hot shower is in an outdoor cubicle.
