The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

This property is the front annex to the main house, therefore totally separate. It is rented out self catering with a kitchen/diner and seating for 6. The property has 3 double ensuite bedrooms, all with own key entry. The kitchen dining area is exclusively for guest use and includes tea/coffee, the property is on a main road and takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city. There are also frequent buses which go to the city centre and train station. The UEA & main Hospital are close by.

It is suitable for one or two people who wish to explore Norfolk from its central location in comfort & privacy. There is ample parking and a lovely small orchard to the rear for guests' private use. Charming bedroom with super-king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and large comfortable kitchen. Cley is a bird watcher's paradise as it is on a number of migratory routes. The area is fantastic for walking. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this accommodation is now self-contained with full and sole use of the attached kitchen, which has its own private entrance door. The hand-over will be contactless. We are ensuring that there is a two day gap between bookings to allow for a deep clean.
