We had an amazing stay at Caroline and Patrick's! Even though the weather wasn't great, there was so much for us and the kids to do! The pool was fantastic, basketball, tennis, etc- something for all of us. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed. The bed linen was so soft and the mattresses very comfortable. The indoor fire was also very special. We were so grateful for our stay, and can't wait to visit again! Simply can't recommend enough!

Aoife is such a great host. House is big and clean. Very well equipped. Definitely worth coming.

Our stay at the boathouse was amazing! It looks beautiful on the photos, but is even better in person. The house is clean, and Lesley’s clearly gone above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Welcome gifts for us and for our dog was such a lovely and kind touch too. We didn’t want to leave!

We had the most wonderful stay at Loch View House! The location is incredibly serene and scenic and the house itself is gorgeous with really thoughtful touches! The place was big enough to host all 12 of us, including kids and each room is perfectly decorated! Ema was incredibly friendly and on hand to help too! We’ve made some incredible memories that we’ll treasure forever.

Honestly one of the best places we've ever stayed. The pictures couldn't do it justice. Lisa has made the place so welcoming and homey, the grounds/surroundings are beautiful and the house is wonderfully designed (the dual aspect living room is gorgeous). Lisa left lots of information along with a welcome basket and answered any questions quickly. We'd definitely go back.

The perfect location to enjoy some peace and tranquility in the countryside. The house also benefits from being right on the lake with a private jetty where you can use all the kayaks and paddle-boards provided. In the surrounding areas there are some beautiful walks where you can explore the nearby areas. The local village in South Cerney is within walking distance which has some convenience stores. It is also very close to drive to some bigger supermarkets for anything else needed. Inside the house, everything is pristine and decor is to a very high standard. The kitchen and dining area was a great open space with room for all of us to be in without feeling cramped. We found a lovely welcome basket included by the hosts and there are all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. The layout of the house was perfect and the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms was great, even for a group of girls! Overall we had a fabulous trip and the hosts were always on hand to provide recommendations.

We had a lovely Easter break in this house with our family (8 adults). The weather was perfect so we enjoyed playing tennis and paddle boarding on site and walked to the pub in the village.

I cannot say enough about the peaceful location of Rhona’s house. It was truly magical. The view is stunning, the area is quiet, the birds singing in the morning accompanied by an occasional bleeting sheep in the distance was invigorating. The home was spacious and filled with sunlight. A place I would definitely return to and highly recommend!

Right from the second we hit the lane I was in love, beautifully kept grounds and amazing driveway. I didn't have the chance to meet Robyn as she was busy doing clean up after that horrible storm but I had the pleasure of meeting her lovely mummy Dawn. Dawn explained everything to me very clearly including instructions on hot tub, heating and of course about the lovely wee village. I could have chatted to her all night and she even brought 2 gorgeous dogs to greet us which made my stay better. I would totally recommend staying here especially if you love forestry and lakes. Omg the shower is amazing too. You deffo have to use it 😂. The worst part of this trip was having to leave. I absolutely loved it. Everything was just perfect. Sean & Susan were wonderful hosts. We stayed the month of April and enjoyed every minute. The flat is so close to everything whether by foot or vehicle and a great base for exploring Northern Ireland. We highly recommend this flat and the town of Enniskillen. Thank you again Sean & Susan xx

Lorraines apartment was a great base for our 3 day visit to Liverpool. Beautiful apartment which exceeded our expectations. I expected it to be smaller than it looked but it was actually larger than I thought. We loved it and loved Liverpool. not far to walk into Albert Dock. There was only 2 of us but would be very comfortable for a group of 4. Definitely recommend this to others. Huge Thank you to Lorraine, a great host!

A lovely apartment with beautiful scenery on the lough.I have nothing negative about this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking quality accommodation, we even prefer it now more than the killyhevlin lodges.We have stayed in a few places now in enniskillen and this might just be our favorite yet.Thanks Gary for letting us stay. This is a great place, right in the heart of Dalavich, at a very reasonable price. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are great, friendly and informative. Dalavich is beautiful and a great place to visit. We had a fantastic time. I would stock up with provisions before you come and bring them with you though. I would highly recommend this accommodation and the location.

What a beautiful place. Located on the lake shore. The cottage is beautiful, very traditional with modern touches. We all had an amazing time, Great location for trips in and around the area. All in all very impressed. And thank you for the additional touches 😊

Just wow. What a beautiful place, and even more wonderful hosts, Mark and Ruth. Staying here felt like stepping back in time, bringing back nostalgic memories of summer trips to the Lakes as a child. It’s a warm, traditional, and welcoming place, perfect for families or couples looking for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic, properly heated and well-maintained, a cut above the lukewarm versions we’ve experienced elsewhere. The grounds are truly stunning: expansive gardens, a forest and stream for kids to explore, and even a private stretch of beach on a secluded part of Lake Windermere. It’s just far enough from Bowness to enjoy the tranquility, but close enough for an easy drive or quick taxi ride into town. Truly a special place. We couldn’t recommend it more!

We had a fantastic time at the Wren, beautiful views, my cockerpoo Marley thought he was in heaven, having breakfast on the patio with views over the lake was bliss, lovely walks, would definitely go back next year👍👍👍

My family & I have just had a lovely few days staying at this property. The cottage & grounds are beautiful with lots of flora & fauna - generous lawn to the front, lake & terrace to the rear & side, flower-filled borders throughout, all surrounded by fields, woodland & birdsong. We enjoyed using the hot tub overlooking the lake, a really special setting. It’s all very private & tranquil. The cottage itself is spacious & cosy, with thoughtful touches throughout (comfy beds, robes, well-stocked log burners), plenty of room for our family of four, plus dog (bonus - pet friendly!) & a lovely lounge to relax in after biking & walking all day. The kitchen was well-equipped, though we didn’t do any cooking. The location is great too – secluded but close enough to nearby villages. We’d definitely recommend having a car. Hosts were nice & friendly, easy to communicate with & quick to respond when contacted. All in all, a wonderful stay & we’d highly recommend to others. Thank you!

nice place to stay as a couple as a family not as suitable. would come again but with my girlfriend not my family. beautiful acess to the lake. amenities are suitable for short stays 3 days max. wish it had more outdoor furniture and a bbq but we made due. overall would definitely recommend

A wonderful place to stay. Just outside Keswick but a lovely walk into town with the dog! Great location to visit so many beautiful places. Has all the equipment you need, lovely enclosed garden and amazing to have a washing machine. We've already booked to come back next year 😃
