My colleagues have stayed at this property before. Little difficult to find, it would be ideal for a What3Words to be issued with the check in details. But they enjoyed their stay again, and would stay again should we be in the area. Communication from host was good.

Enjoyed our second visit here. Great communication and very easy late arrival. Just as clean and comfortable as last time. Ideal location for Goodwood. Thank you and look forward to our next visit.

HELEN AND RICK ARE MY HEROES!!!! The house, price, welcome were all perfect. What happened after my original stay was way better than my expectations. I had a nasty fall at Bike Park Wales, which resulted in being at A&E for 8 hours. I live in Kent and called Helen to see if I could stay another night, which she agreed to. I arrived around midnight and Rick (owners husband) got up, made me some food and made sure I was ok. The morning after and Helen gave me some cream for my wounds and helpful advice. Best stay ever and best AirBnB hosts too. If there's any AirBnB award for the best hosts, they deserve it.

Janet has a beautiful home and I had a lovely stay there. Safe, straight forward and convenient. Would certainly stay again. Thank you!

Catherine was friendly and welcoming and showed up round. Location great. Car parking on site and easy walk into town for pubs, restaurants and shops.

Comfortable room with lockable door, clean shared spaces, and great location for getting into the city. Automatic lights in the hallway and entrance were very useful when coming and going at night. Nice touch having tea facilities, as well as a jug of water, in the room. I was over seeing friends and it was a great place to stay, I'll definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great host, felt right at home. Extremely helpful and cooperative. Room was immaculately clean and well kept. Check-in was smooth as a breeze. Lovely neighbourhood. Hardly a 10 minutes walk from the train station. Definitely recommended. The free breakfast provided by Jen was the cherry on the top, with lots of food items to offer.

Lovely weekend stay in Harrogate - perfect location to walk to the centre and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cosy, and it was very helpful having the parking permit to park directly out the front. Would highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit Harrogate for a few days.

Good-medium value for a clean, quiet place. We spent 3 nights. Very walkable town and great restaurant and cafe choices, petrol, coffee, grocery, etc. Great water pressure, tea kettle and supplies, and a nice touch of milk and water in small fridge. Large bed with the topper was a bit sunken toward each other for 2 adults ( 165, 210 pounds, not obese) and the single bed in the same room is very firm (could use a topper). My husband simply took the small bed and all is well. Safe surroundings. No pub noise at all. Parking was no problem. Cute place. Enjoy.

Great stay with everything we needed. We appreciated the breakfast food in the morning. Very nice location and a short walk to a beautiful beach stop. Recommended!!

Two years after our last stay in Binsey, we were very happy to return for another week. It was a very nice welcome, we had lovely conversations with Alison and Steve. Binsey is unique, quite, excellent if you need time to write or read. Rent a bike for journeys to Jerchio, the city center, colleges or the University hospital. We can highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gordon’s flat. Everything was just as described and more. There was cereal, bread, coffee, tea and milk as well. The accommodation was so lovely, clean and comfortable. The location was amazing, so walkable and right near the beautiful botanic gardens. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Had a fantastic stay in Hebden. The property is so homely and feels like a really authentic experience. There are two main walks into town - a scenic waterside route along the canal and a fantastic one along the main road which takes you past a lot of local homes with displays in the window. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Logement situé à quelques mètres d’une ligne de bus allant directement au centre ville. Extrêmement bien décoré, avec un grand soin du détail. Très propre et très bien équipé. Et en plus on a eu du soleil ! :)

Karen and Ivor's place is so beautiful and welcoming. They are such lovely people and fantastic hosts. We were greeted with a warm welcome. Ivor showed us round and explained everything. Then we were left to out own devices. There is an Asda 5 minutes walk across the road which is very handy indeed. So got some bits for a fry up the next morning. The place is so clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say. We left the place in the same state that we found it. We even stripped the bed for them as it's what we would do if we were living there. And it's common courtesy. We had our breakfast the next morning and sat under the pagola with the sun beaming on us, which was just perfect and with a lovely view of the garden and chatted to Karen and Ivor as well. Such lovely people. Will deffo be coming back.

A haven of calm! My stay at Ruth’s was wonderful. Immaculate accommodation with a stunning view where I could relax yet easily reach local attractions/facilities if needed. Ruth provided everything you could need to make a stay. Toiletries, a choice of coffee, tea and even biscuits in a tin. They far exceeded my expectations. The microwave, toaster and fridge are useful if you want to make a small meal/snack. Ruth was the perfect host, on hand if needed but gave me my own space. She is super friendly. The breakfast was amazing, beautifully cooked with such a choice of options. I most definitely will return, in fact I can’t wait!

Thank you Anne Marie! It was a fabulous stay. You were welcoming, even though we arrived after 10pm. Apologies that we went to the neighbour's door first. Breakfast was brilliant - fresh bread and croissants, and homemade jam and juice. We'd love to come back!

Jackie was a friendly yet professional host who maintained her spotlessly clean, gave clear instructions on how to get to the property, what to look out locally to eat and roam around for sight seeing, provided healthy breakfast options and the bed was so comfy. I had a great stay overall and would highly recommend anyone who wants to stay and explore Isle of Anglesey.

Nous avons adoré. L’ancien moulin a été bien aménagé, dans le respect de l’ancien avec tout le confort moderne. L’emplacement en pleine campagne est paisible avec au matin, le réveil avec le chant des oiseaux. Et comment décrire le petit déjeuner royal de Petra et son accueil chaleureux? On vous laisse la surprise de le découvrir. Merci Petra, ce petit déjeuner restera un moment magique!

Spent a lovely 4 nights in order to celebrate our honeymoon. Our room was spotless and we appreciated having the use of our own breakfast/living area. The location and the accommodation were absolutely idyllic.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Rachel was very welcoming and gave us a great recommendation for a local pub for dinner :)

Wir waren mit unerem Aufenthalt und der Wahl von Riets Häuschen im wunderschönen Brügge sehr zufrieden. Ein blühender Apfelbaum, der Text von "Imagine" an der Gartenmauer,jeden Tag frisches Obst zum Frühstück ,Kuchen beim Empfang, auf meinen Wunsch hin gleich eine zweite eigene Bettdecke, wenn das Leben doch immer so schön und angenehm wäre !!! Wir sagen "Danke" für diese entspannten Tage und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen. Claudia und Christoph

Robert & Kate were great hosts and welcoming. Both were kind & friendly and were there to help make my stay comfortable. The view was amazing of the ocean. The accommodation was very nice, cosy with lovely touches and also a lovely breakfast laid out every morning. Loved the old world shops. So much nicer than the big superstores. Definitely will return. I would highly recommend this beautiful & peaceful accommodation
