If only the fishing had been a little better we could have spent more time at the cabin. Overall it was an awesome place to spend time, cook, talk and hangout with my Dad, Brother and Son for a week. Hope to do it again next year!

Martine's place is in one of the best spots on Indian Point! It's a 30 second walk to the beach but protected from the sun and wind that can sometimes be intense on the waterfront--we watched every single beautiful sunset. The sunset trail starts very close to the cabin and we walked it most days. The fridge and freezer are a good size for our family of 6 to be well-stocked for the week. She's got 4 working island bikes and a great SUP that our family enjoyed using. We will return for sure!

What a fantastic place! From the view to the hot tub to the really great and well stocked space, we had an amazing stay here with everything that we needed. Even some toys for my toddler! This is a real gem and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I could spend days sitting in the sun room or on the deck watching the wildlife and the view. We will definitely be back! This place is absolutely perfect in my books. I was looking for a quiet getaway where I could truly feel integrated with nature—and this was exactly that. From the moment I arrived, all I could hear were the sounds of the forest. Morning and night, it was pure peace and tranquility. The cabin feels like a mini oasis or retreat—there’s something truly magical about it. It’s simple yet soulful, with everything you need thoughtfully provided. You can feel the care and intention in every detail. The hosts are wonderful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tera, and she has the kind of warm, grounded energy that perfectly matches the spirit of this special place. This is a perfect little place for a solo or couples retreat.

We had a great stay at Wolf Den. The house is beautiful with high ceilings, huge windows, and lots of sunlight, surrounded by forest. The starry sky was amazing. I wish we’d had time to enjoy the outdoor sauna. The downstairs bedroom was very cool on a hot day. Loved the firm mattress, duvet cover, and pillows. Checking in and out was a breeze. Everything was well labeled. It was convenient to have the wine cooler. We very much appreciated environmentally conscious soaps and detergent. In particular, I loved the dish soap. Truly a unique gem.

The highlight of our trip! This was one of my favorite AirBnb's ever - possibly the best! What we found when we walked in looked exactly like the photos, but a photograph can't capture the magic of walking in and seeing that gorgeous view. This is one of those places I really didn't want to leave. Can't say enough about the views and the exquisite design and decor of the unit. It's also just a short and easy walk down to a beach which I had all to myself. So glad I found this place.

Patrick and Melanie were wonderful hosts. They were warm and welcoming and made me feel like a special guest. I loved my stay, it was so peaceful and beautiful. I especially enjoyed waking up in the loft bed, looking out at Baynes Sound. There is lots of natural light in the place with its large windows which make you feel like you're right in nature, surrounded by the trees and beautifully maintained grounds. It was fun being able to walk to town and explore the beach on the way back. An absolutely lovely place and I hope to be back again!

We stayed on Doe Island for roughly 5 weeks, and had a wonderful time watching seals, porpoises, herons, stunning sunsets and beautiful starry nights. The cabin is definitely rustic, working off of water cisterns, a composting toilet, and solar/generator powered, but we were comfortable managing these. Steve was incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable, bringing over more water when needed and troubleshooting when we accidentally blew a fuse. The high speed internet made it possible for my daughter to work from there with a beautiful "office" view, seeing our resident seal visit every day! The provided kayaks made it easy to toodle around the harbour, and the crab pots - thrown right off the dock - provided some great meals. Steve helped out with our arrival and departure. It is also obvious that the host is in progress of upgrading areas of the island, so some spots look more in-progress than polished. Overall, the spot is absolutely gorgeous, the host is super helpful and hospitable, but it is definitely not a hotel -- you'll need to be aware of water and power consumption, and it is fairly isolated. Having your own boat to get around is recommended if you're there for an extended stay. (You can try checking with area marinas or other nearby places to park your car.) We'll definitely be going back!

Steve went above and beyond for our stay - truly a top notch host. Responsive and friendly, he made check in seamless and was on hand if we needed anything. The cabin was lovely - beds comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom sparkling. We absolutely loved the salt water hot tub (and we mean hot!) and the cozy wood fireplace when the rain came one night. Watching the porpoises, seals, otters and eagles was super relaxing, as was meandering around the harbour in our kayaks. Will definitely come back! Thanks Steve!

From start to finish (both via Allen's boat!) this was an extremely memorable, peaceful stay. Allen is a terrific host who made us feel at home and cared for while providing us with lots of space of our own. Mudge Island is a treasure and the space where you'll stay is incredibly comfortable with a beautiful deck and an extremely cozy bed! I cannot recommend this place enough - no doubt this the best kept secret of the Gulf Islands.
