We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
