Bristol: soggiorni in appartamento

Stacia’s space was lovely and just what my partner and I were looking for during our weekend snowboarding getaway. I’ve stayed in a few different units at this particular complex, and Stacia’s is easily my favorite so far. The place is stocked with just about anything you could need, and the outdoor porch has a perfect view of the Beech Mountain slopes. Stacia was very kind and communicative, and I’m so grateful that she shared her home with us. Will definitely be on the lookout for this spot when planning future snowboarding trips!

Great place to stay that’s walking distance to blowing rock shops and dining. Great communication and comfy beds!

Wonderful visit and host. Communicative, clear instructions and prompt. Very convenient to the slopes. Out the back door, about a 40 yard walk down a slightly steep slope, over a small creek, then right on the Carolina Caribbean green / bunny run. The walk itself takes a total of 8 mins and could be done with our 10 and 7 year olds with a little patience and help :-)

Very lovely place for our group of 4!! It was a cute and cozy studio and we were provided with almost everything we needed — missing cooking oil and chopsticks but it was no biggie. Everything looked as pictured and it was clean. The place was a little farther from the main city center, but was only 4 minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay :)

Great place for a family who wants to ski all day and be able to come in and relax in between runs. Close to a beautiful creek with a great view of the ski lifts. They had kid friendly dinnerware and a kids table upstairs in the bunk room, and that was really helpful and awesome for us since we have young kids. They also had all the kitchen utensils we could need and Tupperware and everything. It was very convenient and comfortable and cozy. We would stay here again.

I was absolutely blessed to stay here. It was in a very quiet area. The place was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. I’m afraid of heights so I didn’t go out the back deck much but I was brave enough to look through the door, lol. I love nature and it gave me a very peaceful feel staying here. Not to mention that Maggie the host was beyond exceptional. I encountered an issue with my daughter as I was checking out and Maggie was completely understanding and gracious. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you Maggie for being the awesome person that you are.

What a great stay!! Everything you needed was there coupled with a million dollar view. Bobby is on the money with instructions of the place and what to do . Loved it and will be back !!!!!

Lovely, charming condo for a weekend stay. Beautiful views; thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch with my coffee in the mornings. Pet-friendly, which we greatly appreciated. Host was responsive and flexible.

Beautiful, beautiful place with every amenity thought through. This is a gorgeous little condo super close to skiing. We had the best time and I would stay every time I come to that area. Absolutely loved our stay here! So cozy and didn’t want to leave!

Location was centrally located for our planned activities. Condo was clean and welcoming. Area was very quiet and peaceful. All check-in and check-out instructions were clearly stated on website and inside condo. Would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

We took a trip to the mountains for some late season snowboarding. We did 1 day at Sugar Mountain (approx 20 min drive from here) and 1 day at Beech mountain (easy walk/1min drive to from here). The space worked for what we needed which ultimately was a bed to sleep in between days on the mountain. We did not use much of the space except for the toaster for morning bagels and the fridge for storing drinks. The location/access to Beech Mountain is the real selling point for this place. I'm not a fan of Airbnb's charging cleaning fees greater than $25 AND requesting that you check off cleaning tasks beyond leaving the place is a reasonable state such as putting things back where you found them, collect used towels/linens, etc but recognize this may be a personal preference. I'm happy to pay a cleaning fee but would expect to do fewer cleaning tasks at check out in exchange.

We had an excellent experience across the board at The Profile Place. Kim and Lauren were really helpful throughout the stay. Definitely recommend staying here for your next mountain trip.

This condo is really cozy and comfortable. Everything was in great condition and we had everything we needed. The view is beautiful and the windows and layout are perfect for enjoying the fresh air flowing through on warm days. The kitchen was well stocked for the space and we liked that there was a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. We cooked a couple meals there and all the essentials were close to hand. It is a cute little condo and the decorations are very well suited to the space and location. We would gladly return.

Beautiful home with incredible view. Can be challenging to find at first but the welcome email provided great instruction, well worth the drive to the top of the mountain!

I had a wonderful stay and a wait to come back ! The place was very cute and quaint, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking — the views alone made it worth the trip. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. Being able to soak in the hot tub and use the sauna after all day hiking was fabulous. My host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

We had a great stay at this condo, Avery was very helpful and communicative and answered any questions I had very quickly. The views were stunning, the area was beautiful, we would definitely love to come again.

Definitely a cozy place to stay! Everything was clean and extra stuff were provided. The sofa bed was not as comfortable for older people like me or my friend, but the bed was a dream to sleep in cause our backs didn't hurt by morning! Amazing! And the view out the window is spectacular! We love the balcony which you get to see the summit of Sugar Mountain as well as the town to the north. Easy walk to the ski slope that we did for a day hike in April. The checkout is one of the most simplest to do. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone's trip to Sugar Mountain!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place! The condo was beautiful and peaceful and a great setup for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy! There are plenty of activities at the resort and surrounding areas to stay busy and entertained as well. We enjoyed the indoor pool, Tweetsie Railroad, and Downtown Blowing Rock playground and many restaurants! Nicole was a wonderful host and was very helpful and responsive. We definitely plan to return and stay again!

What a great place! Also the host was very kind and great communication! Very nice place and only 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Wonderful amenities including pool, hot tub, sauna, library, shop, workout room etc etc. Only (potential) issue which is no fault of the owners is that this is a large 10 story condo complex. On busy days, especially around the weekend it can get very busy during check in and check out and you have to park outside of the guard shack and get shuttled back to the condo. Again, we didn’t really have much of a hang up but others did-just something to keep in mind. Fantastic place, and well equipped! Thank you again!

We had a lovely stay at this mountain house! The location was peaceful yet super convenient—just a short drive to a deli and a couple of restaurants. The pool was a fantastic bonus—huge and very kid-friendly. Inside, the house was well-equipped with lots of toys, and our kids absolutely loved the bunkbed setup. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating with check-in and checkout, which made everything smooth and easy. The only small downside was that the rec room machines required quarters, but that’s more of a facility issue than anything to do with the host. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
