Jane's place was exactly as described. Neat, peaceful, and not far from our activities. She was proactive & responsive. It was the perfect spot for a birthday 3-day weekend stay.

Apartment was pristine, ultra comfortable, and perfectly located. Loved having a washer dryer, extra blankets and nearby off street parking. Overall, would highly recommend.

The studio was very cute and clean. The location is perfect very close to Newport and walkable to restaurants and the beach that was close. The neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for a relaxing stay. We loved our time here !

This is a fantastic location, walkable to everything in Newport. Parking is included and that is a huge benefit. The rental is ideal for a single person or a couple, and makes for an easy and convenient way to experience all that Newport has to offer. I would recommend without hesitation, and hope to be back again soon!

Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

This was a great spot for us. It was easy to get in and out and explore around. We really enjoyed the use of this apartment, it met all our needs, was clean and tidy and had all we could ask for. We enjoyed getting to explore around the town and were appreciative of the helpful guidebook that was provided in the apartment. She was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking with her as we came and went during our time. The neighborhood is a cool area that we enjoyed exploring. This spot helped make our trip a great one.

Superb location. Walk to all shops and restaurants. The included parking spot is priceless…run to the store, take a cruise around ocean drive and come right back to your spot! The unit is perfect! Well appointed, comfortable beds and lots of natural light! Jeff is super responsive as well! Loved it!

Lovely home in Acoaxet with great water views and an excellent host.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

Great place for a getaway. The living room has a large couch and the open kitchen/dining area making it so easy to be together. Quick 10 min drive/Uber to downtown Newport. You can even walk to food options close to the house. Bryant was very responsive and flexible. He left us great instructions and local recommendations.

This is a lovely home, on Clark's Cove peninsula, in "The Whaling City"! All amenities are included, & it's just steps away from the beach & historic Hazelwood Park! Also, the deck faces west, so there are magnificent sunsets every evening! We really enjoyed our stay here, & we're spreading the word amongst family & friends!

Donna was a wonderful host. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Communication was spot on. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. This is one of the best AirBnB homes I've stayed in. The location was great. Walking along the water was a highlight. We were so happy to visit her home and learn of her family history. We definitely plan to return. There are ton's of restaurants to choose from in the New Bedford-Fairhaven area and Donna has lots of the menus available. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a family meal as well. She has thought of just about everything you could need while away from your own home. Family weekend for Easter and the Marathon. We didn’t realize how close to the marathon start and finish we were! House was perfect and Kate and Lisel were great and easy to communicate with. Also walking distance to the cliff walk, plus. Loved the view from the top deck! Everything was perfect!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

Phil’s place is lovely. It gives a quaint fishingman’s home feel with modern appliances and a neat finish. It’s right in the middle of downtown New Bedford. My family came in from out of town and it perfectly fit my parents and grandma. I had the unfortunate experience of my other Airbnb canceling last minute and Phil’s place was available. I’m so grateful that Phil’s Airbnb was open and in a perfect location with gorgeous amenities. Thanks Phil!

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

Darcy's place is a comfortable condo just a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The place had everything we needed for a short visit to attend the Newport Jazz Festival. Overall a great experience.
