BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Flower Farm Loft

When you arrive at the Flower Farm Loft you're greeted by our dogs, who will likely jump on you with muddy paws and request fetch and pets. You're immediately surrounded by flowers in our gardens and flower studio. The loft has big east facing windows that look over our farm and surrounding fields. You'll open the curtains in the morning to incredible sunrises over Kilkenny Cove, and end your nights at your private fire pit with immaculate star filled skies that will make it hard to go inside.

The American Eagle - Inn on the Harbor

The American Eagle is a gorgeous unit with 2 bedrooms: one with twin beds and a master bedroom room furnished with one queen, full bath, hairdryer, tv with cable, and free wifi. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with pots and pans along with plates and cutlery. Enjoy the dining room set for four or relax in the cozy sitting area with a large window facing the harbor and an electric fireplace. Access to a private deck and stunning harbor water views of Stonington's historic waterfront.

SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and small propane grill. Two-night minimum with parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed, note $35 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

Open concept small studio, private patio and entrance, full kitchen. *SHARED wall between studio and main house, therefore some shared noise. 2 minute walk to the ocean , Lobster and Blues Festivals. A small swimming beach is a 5 minute walK, 5-10 minutes to the Farnsworth and CMCA museums, Strand Theater, restaurants, antiques shops & galleries. ALSO NOTE we do not have television. A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!

Sunny Bungalow Walk to Town and Ferry

Please Note: This house is for sale with infrequent showings and we provide 24-hour notification. This two-story farmhouse bungalow is attached to the main house where the owners reside in a separate closed-off space. You have a private entrance. One double bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds. Walk to town and ferry. Standard nightly rate applies to two guests with an extra nightly charge for a third guest. Three person maximum.
