We’ve stayed at Kal’s place a handful of times now. We enjoy the space and convince of the river access. He’s very responsive when you send him messages, and accommodates with anything needed. Great host! We will be back to stay!

We wanted a peaceful, relaxing and fun Fall getaway and that’s exactly what we got! The Cottage was everything we asked for- simple and cozy! The sunrise over the lake was gorgeous, coffee on deck started the days nicely and warm fires ended the nights!

A Wonderful Experience at Cozy Hosting! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cozy Hosting, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The property is located right on the water, offering great views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens, making us feel right at home. I loved spending our mornings with coffee on the deck, soaking in the beautiful scenery. The water was clear, and the deck was even better than described. My wife and kids all felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our week. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to come back again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience at Cozy Hosting!

Bill the Owner being on site was helpful as he brought extra cleaning supplies when needed. Beds were very comfortable with clean sheets. Kitchen had most things needed for cooking although decent pots, pans and a kettle would have been helpful for making tea. Close proximity to the NASCAR site a big plus. Lake was very warm with kayaks and paddle boards available Pickleball court an added bonus The long covered porch very handy when raining especially as there’s no indoor table for more than two people. Wifi worked very well Plenty of hot water for showers Lots of parking Bill is a very affable host who made our stay relaxing and fun

Joe and Christina’s place is beautiful and very relaxing. They have thought of everything to make sure their guest have all that is needed with great supplies of towels, kitchenware, etc. They were a great host always responding in good timing and accommodating our needed request to extend days.

Another great stay! When the weather didnt co-operate we checked out the local wineries and had an amazing lunch at Coopers Hawk. Golfed at Kingsville Golf and Country Club that was just 5 minutes up the road. We had fun kayaking in the waves and campfires on the beach! Thanks again Jeff!

Joseph’s place was just as described. Very clean. The fireplace was nice after a day of hunting. We stayed for 4 nights and it was very nice. Plenty of room for 7 adults and one child, with extra room left over. The extra fridge/freezer in the garage was nice for the surplus food and drinks. All in all a great place to stay.

We had such an amazing time at the cottage! We loved the shallow water for the littles and not having to pack beach toys/accessories. The house was well laid out with plenty of space and perfect for a long weekend on the lake. Best of all, Kraig and Suzy were super communicative and we felt very welcome.

This beach studio is exceptionally nice! (& we've airbnb'd along Lake Erie before.) Although it has lots to offer, if I had to choose the best part it would be the views. (and that was really the purpose of this March trip) The large windows offer a panoramic expanse of Lake Erie & the extending pier. (It’s definitely worth getting up early to see the sunrise.) Seeing that view, we just had to get out & walk to the end of the pier, to watch the waves & the sea birds & enjoy the lake breeze. At the same time, the comfortable & convenient (& open) arrangement of the space kept us more than happy to spend hours inside. We fixed meals easily in the kitchen, then enjoyed them at the dining table with those beautiful lake views. The cute holiday themed decorations and thoughtful additions like cupcakes, snacks & coffee only added to the cheerful interior. My sister and I recently spent a weekend at Bella Vista. The cottage is perfectly situated on a peaceful street, and the space was ideal for relaxing, reading, cooking, and listening to the waves rolling in. Tony and Mary-Jo were very attentive and helpful. We would definitely book it again!

From start to finish everything was exactly as described and very peaceful. Great communication throughout our stay and this will be are place to stay in our future trip to the area. Would like to say thanks again for providing the opportunity for us to stay.

Julie's place was perfect for a fall break getaway with my husband. The cottage was well furnished, super clean, and very comfortable. I hadn't realized from the photos just how close the lake is to the house! We spent a lot of time sitting out on the back porch enjoying the amazing view of the lake. We also appreciated the proximity to Ann Arbor for restaurants and all of the wonderful parks in the area for biking and walking. We'd definitely go back!

Our stay was everything we could've hoped for and more for a relaxing time away. This home was very clean and well cared for. Having the lake literally in the back yard for our personal use anytime we wanted was the icing on the cake. The views from both the open downstairs and master bedroom were very peaceful and serene. We enjoyed a couple mornings watching the cranes have their breakfast off the docks. Just too many good things to be able to note them all. Both Erica and James were very helpful and responsive before our trip and several times throughout our stay. You can tell they love their lake home and take pride in sharing it with others.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and it was so peaceful. The house itself was super nice. We would definitely stay again!!

When I think of the perfect getaway this is the place. Well taken care of. Much bigger than it looks. The decor and furnishings were amazing. The couch is insanely comfy. The views are some of the best on Lake Orion. This is the best of LO and a slice of heaven I am glad they are willing to share. Jamie went above and beyond and made our son’s birthday extra special. Having been around LO for years this is a gem that shouldn’t be passed up.

Wonderful place to stay. My whole family loved it we can’t wait to go back. And all the beds are amazing. Location was great close enough to town for food delivery. But far enough away for a peaceful stay. Beautiful lakefront home gorgeous views. This place has everything you need or want to have a great stay. I highly recommend. And the host are so friendly down to earth kind of people. We look forward to staying in there home again.

This is a lovely place. It has everything you could want in the very well stocked kitchen as far as cookware, and all the various miscellaneous things that go with staying in a place. The space lays out very well for a group, with ample seating and table space and a long horizontal countertop in the kitchen that makes it easy to lay out food for grazing. The butler's pantry worked out surprisingly well too. The bedrooms were clean, the bathrooms the same. The place is well built and put together. Nice little sandy beach. The hot tub was nice, the pool still closed for the winter. We never got the fire pit working, but we were early in the season I suspect. Two big thumbs up.

Everything was as advertised! Adorable house right on the lake. Claire responded to my questions immediately. The house was perfect for our group of 6. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary tools, etc. Loved the view of the lake and being able to walk right out the door and into the water. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Our stay at Marian and Robert’s property exceeded all expectations. My friends and I are umich alumns and had a wonderful time at the residence while still being within a short drive from Ann Arbor. Could not recommend this place enough if you’re visiting Ann Arbor, or just looking for a peaceful stay.
