From booking to check in and check out the hosts were excellent at communicating. The apartment was described accurately, very clean, well stocked kitchen, felt very homely and although we knew the location, it's within walking distance of the town, near Little Chelsea, restaurants and bars and the seafront and theatres. A great accommodation option on the site! Location was beyond perfect, literally opposite the club house. The caravan was beautiful, clean and full of everything you need and more! Can’t recommend Janet and her caravan enough! I will be back!

We had an amazing couple of days at Pete’s place with the family. The home was beautifully set up, and we especially loved unwinding in the hot tub and sauna—such a treat! The location worked really well for us too, making everything we wanted to do easily accessible. Pete was super responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole trip stress-free. Overall, it was the ideal escape and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Brighton. Thanks for a truly relaxing and memorable stay!

We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely accommodation. Everything was perfect, clean, and the amenities were so lovely. The kids loved the pool which was definitely a highlight. David was around to answer questions and any questions we had were replied to very quickly when they were not on site. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning!

The host was welcoming, my kids enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi and their first time experience with the firewood place..

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!

Jamie’s flat was the most relaxing Airbnb we have ever stayed in, comfortable and everything we needed for our weekend away. To be able to see the sea from the living room, bedroom and the balcony with plants and seating, also having the infrared sauna was a real bonus with clear instructions on how to use it. Private parking space, easy walking into the centre and to the retail park in the other direction. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

The property is well maintained with everything you could need during your stay. The hosts are very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would fully recommend staying here

I had a lovely stay for a couple of nights in Brighton where there were plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance! Bernd was a friendly host meeting us on arrival and showing us around the property. He was always responsive with messaging and great with our check-in times. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would come back again!

We had a very nice and uncomplicated stay at Katis house. Even a bottle of Prosecco and some snacks were prepared and luckily Kati provided two socket adapters so we could use our German charging cables. Everything was clean and from paper towels to instant coffee with kettle we had everything we needed! Thank you so much for having us in your house!

We had a lovely stay. There was a footpath next to the accommodation which was handy to get into Graffham. The facilities in the accommodation were very lovely, but we did bang our heads a couple of times on the slanted walls in the bedroom. The accommodation was in driving range of other interesting towns The terrain of the farm roads was a bit rough on our car.

This was the perfect location for our annual "mums weekend away". Beautiful surroundings (even deer in the garden!), calm and peaceful. Easy to get to local shops and restaurants. And a sauna!

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

A great stay at Magdalena’s cottage, the place was more than we expected and had a great stay. It was squeaky clean, very well equipped and stocked kitchen with extra touches including lots of toiletries to use in bathrooms. Homely, private and spacious. Would recommend and would stay again!

Fantastically run. Everything you need and more in the house. Looks a million pounds in and out. Ideal spot if I was back for summer, shops, food and beach short walk with path away. Emily and everyone super helpful. Won’t regret booking 👍🏻

Stayed here with friends for my birthday weekend, such a lovely house, we thought it was even better than the photos! Very spacious! Had everything we needed - even a steam shower! Very good location to walk into the centre. We had a great time, thanks Will :)
