The Pig Pen is a stylish cabin that has been carefully renovated in a stylish mix of industrial chic, that has undercover outdoor seating in a separate tranquil nook and easy parking.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place in a delightful cabin at the bottom of the garden. Perfect for an overnight stay, whether you are getting on the Newhaven/Dieppe ferry, which is less than a mile away, walking the South Downs Way or taking a bus to either Brighton or Eastbourne. Glyndbourne Opera House is only 15 minutes away by car. Me and Brody my golden retriever, enjoy walking five minutes along the track up onto the Downs. We are in the South Downs National Park.

Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Nestled amongst trees at the bottom of our garden in Hollingbury, you’ll have your own access, outdoor patio with bbq and fire pit on request, shower room and kitchenette with a fridge and hob. Chill, work, or use it as a base for exploring Brighton and the Downs. Our garden is natural and we are mostly an organic home. We can share about local organic food and markets. We are also close to some lovely walks, and 3 buses stop outside the main house for a 30-minute trip into the centre of town

Riverbank Retreat, a cosy cabin on the waterfront.

Riverbank Retreat is a cosy unique wooden cabin nestled on the riverbank of the River Adur. It is situated in the country's smallest RSPB bird reserve and is the perfect place to get away and relax. The cabin is fully self contained and guests will have all they need to enjoy their stay! On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. The picturesque town of Shoreham by Sea is nearby, and the beach is a 1 minute walk away.

Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. Situated between the bustling Brighton & Hove and beautiful coastlines of Shoreham-by-Sea it provides the perfect calming retreat. The property has free parking and bus links to Brighton. The cabin features a kitchenette, en-suite and outdoor seating by the double doors overlooking the breathtaking scenery. Keys provided in a key lock and entrance via the side gate makes the property feel extremely private.

The Little Black Barn

Find your escape at The Little Black Barn. Nested on the edge of the South Downs National Park, surrounded by fields, tree lined country lanes and the lush wilderness of a cottage garden you can lose yourself in this secluded hideaway. Our 'barn' is entirely lined in plywood, with high ceilings and views of the stars as you lay snuggled in bed. Bifold doors allow the outside in allowing you to relax in the hammock chair, basking in the sunshine and birdsong without ever even going outside.

“Little Hawthorn Cottage” in Laughton, East Sussex has been lovingly transformed into habitable accommodation. It beautifully retains the charm and elegance of the surroundings while offering modern amenities to our guests. Located 5 miles from Lewes, quietly sitting in the grounds of our 120 year old cottage and within curtilage of the impressive and historic Laughton Place tower. Little Hawthorn is situated 1 mile from the nearest main road, with access via an unmade, rustic farm track.

The Boat House

Escape to The Boathouse, a peaceful lakeside retreat on a working organic free-range egg farm in the Sussex countryside. Just a 10-minute walk from Ditchling village, it’s ideal for country walks, cosy pubs and local shops. Perfect for two, the boathouse offers water views, a rustic open-plan space, equipped kitchen a restful bedroom and outdoor shower. Relax on your private deck, light the fire pit, enjoy a BBQ and feed the fish. The farm is active year-round and sometimes hosts festivals.

Foxglove Lodge in West Sussex, close to Brighton

The luxurious, brand new Foxglove Lodge is set in the heart of the Sussex countryside and is one of five lodges in this stunning woodland beside Blacklands Farm Campsite. The fully heated Lodge has two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a very spacious living area with bi-folding doors out to a large decking area. Perfect to sit back and enjoy the countryside. Only 20mins drive to Brighton and the seaside. Well behaved dogs welcome (not on furniture)- £35 per dog per stay.

This modern, garden cabin is a few minutes walk away from Shoreham’s beautiful beach. The river Adur is a 5 minute walk away. On-site parking is available and the garden and cabin can be accessed independently. The Cabin includes its own decking area with garden furniture for guests. It is a 6 minute walk over the famous footbridge to local shops, cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the train station from which central Brighton is an 8 minute journey.
