Welcome to “Wood View@The Old Grain House. A beautiful oak framed studio set in the grounds of our private family home. A quiet, charming part of Hereford countryside surrounded by farmland and woodland. 5 miles from Hereford, 8 miles Ross, 5 min from Holme Lacy College and 45 minute drive to Hay on Wye. Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Spacious Flat two minutes walk Ross centre

This is a very large and comfortable self catering basement flat in the grounds of Chasewood Lodge, a beautiful Victorian Villa close to the centre of Ross-on-Wye. Recently renovated it sleeps up to 4 in two separate bedrooms with a large living-kitchen area (with wall mounted flat screen TV), a separate dining/work room, and a modern shower room (with walk-in shower, W.C., wash basin). Just five minutes walk to the historic town centre this is an ideal base for exploring the Wye Valley.

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

Relax on the private decking area, outdoor dining with a barbeque and firepit for toasting marshmallows amongst the trees. The mattresses can be brought down from the loft area for younger children. A beautiful cottage set in spectacular grounds

Welcome to Walnut Cottage. A beautiful stunning quiet peaceful location. This cottage is beautifully furnished with under floor heating in the bathroom with a heated mirror. There is a woodburner in the lounge for those chilly winter nights. There is a private court yard where you can sit outside, listen and see the surrounding wildlife including Red Deer, Red Kites and Barn Owls to name a few . This cottage offers a luxury couples hideaway with magnificent surroundings views

Abode - Annexe in Peterstow

'Abode' at Wellsbrook Barn - A peaceful and relaxing one bedroom, dog friendly, private annexe near to the market town of Ross-on-Wye with parking and a gate for dog security. We are surrounded by lovely walks and lots to discover including the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Hay-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and many other beautiful places. Paddle boarding, cycling and canoeing are within easy reach. Close by is the village pub, The Yew Tree, with its very own cider shop just next door.

Gilpin Cottage

Gilpin Cottage is the perfect bolt-hole in the heart of Ross-On-Wye, whether you are looking for a relaxing retreat or a base for wild adventures. Our Cottage is ideally located in the centre of town giving easy access to the many independant shops, cosy pubs and restaurants. The Woodman's Bothy

A rural retreat tucked away on a hillside at the edge of the forest where you can relax in front of the wood burning stove or enjoy the views of the beautiful Hope Mansell valley by the fire pit. This rustic hideaway is perfect for a romantic break or as a base for walkers and cyclists wanting to explore The Wye Valley and Royal Forest of Dean. Ross on Wye (10 mins), Monmouth (20 mins) and the cathedral city of Hereford (45 mins).

Come & enjoy a relaxing stay in our luxurious Shepherd's Huts. Relax & unwind with amazing views overlooking the Wye Valley. Enjoy an evening in the Jacuzzi Hot Tub over looking Ross-on-Wye. Located within 500 acres of our Herefordshire family farm with plenty of walks & plenty of pubs. For those that want to delve a little further, The Malverns, Forest of Dean & South Wales are a stones throw away.

St Fiacre's Retreat

Secluded and self catering log cabin set in a beautiful 2 1/2 acre garden, your own private space to enjoy. Just over 5 minutes’ walk to the village pub and close to the Forest of Dean and Ross on Wye. There’s dedicated access and parking. Book together with 'The Blues Hut' for groups of up to 7
