Si trova sul retro delle Villas 1 & 2 e nelle sue vicinanze si trova la grande piscina comune. All'interno, gli spazi abitativi luminosi e ventilati sono progettati per la calma e il relax. Le zone soggiorno e pranzo aperte conducono a un patio con vista sulla piscina e sulla natura circostante, ideale per il caffè mattutino o i tramonti serali. La camera da letto principale si trova al piano superiore e dispone di un balcone privato. Al piano superiore ci sono anche altre due spaziose camere da letto con ampio spazio di archiviazione. Mentre la quarta camera da letto si trova al piano inferiore e si affaccia sul rigoglioso giardino e sulla natura. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato e aria condizionata per la privacy e il comfort. La cucina completamente attrezzata include tutti gli elettrodomestici essenziali.
