Nice area, great host, nice apartment

Our stay was absolutely incredible! We enjoyed everything about it—the location was perfect, the pool was amazing, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. The hosts were so kind and flexible, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. I’m definitely saving this spot for the next time I visit Miami. Highly recommend!

The Maria was wonderful! I was visiting from NY for F1 weekend and I’m glad I picked this place. Maria accommodated me with my check in and check out times to work around my schedule and that truly made my trip and overall stay a lot better. The place was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back. Thanks again Maria!

PROS- I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was spot on to the photos. The home was clean as a whistle. Bathrooms were sooo nice and we all loved the rainfall shower heads! We utilized the Cuisinart cookware (which I have at home). Everything was simple and great! The home was convenient to the interstates, stores, food, etc. Neighbors was friendly as well! The A/C gets Iceland cold and loved it! CONS- There was a weird little smell as we entered the home. I purchased an air freshener, which helped eliminated it. The pillows were okay, I'm just use to thicker type pillows. The driveway was a bit small for the large sized Chevy Tahoe I rented for the stay. Lastly, if you have a set time to get up and you forget to set your alarm, worry not, the neighborhood rooster across the street will surely assist you -LOL- STILL, Overall, we all enjoyed the home! WE WILL DEF STAY AGAIN!!! Thanks, Sergio, for allowing us to room in your lovely unit!

Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean and right in the middle of Lil Havana Calle 8. We took the bus or cabbed it to other areas of Miami like bayside market and Hobie beach which was leas than 30 min. My cousin and I felt safe returning to the air B& B late at night. Octavio was responsive with all messages I sent. Definitely pleased with my stay!

The host, Connie, demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive approach. The house was impeccably presented, meeting all advertised and described specifications. However, a minor mold issue was discovered in the shower, which was less severe than mentioned in other reviews. Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the host’s efforts to enhance our stay through check-in procedures and other thoughtful gestures significantly contributed to a memorable experience.

Todo excelente en nuestra estancia, fue fácil movernos de ahí para todos los lugares importantes, el patio es muy agradable, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Great place, I'll be back when ever I come back to Miami

A casa do Frank foi um achado! Super aconchegante, bem equipada e bem localizada. Nos sentimos super bem na casa com a nossa família. Bairro tranquilo, de fácil saída para qualquer lugar de Miami, próximo do Walmart e do aeroporto. Ficaria hospedada novamente com toda certeza!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Javier's home. The house was a bit old and very well-kept, so quite charming. The garden was very pretty, and the kitchen had all that we needed to cook in it. Javier & his brother Pablo were very responsive and friendly if we had any questions. The only downside was a couple stray ants in the kitchen & bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Michael was a wonderful host. He was proactive in fixing a potential issue prior to check in, and responded quickly to my questions. The house itself was lovely, and nice and peaceful. I would happily stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place in Miami.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

It is a condo on the 5th floor of King David Condominiums which is a great location and has good amenities. Check-in was smooth. The unit was clean and in good condition. Our host Anna went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Maite's place was just as described. Free parking right in front of the secured building and easy to access. There are shops and restaurants less than a walkable mile away. The unit itself was clean and smelled fresh. It's an older building but the grounds and interior are well taken care and have been recently updated. The private 2/2 has a split Floorplan making each bedroom space private. The kitchen is spacious and offers plenty of counter top space. Check in and check out were super simple. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, located in a beautiful and secure complex just 5 minutes from Aventura Mall, which was super convenient. The area felt very safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hosts were always very attentive and friendly, responding quickly to any questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
