Brickell, Miami: soggiorni in appartamento

It was very good. Clean apartment, everything is as in the pictures. Thanks to Maria she was very quick to answer any questions. The rent was worth the money. Thank you very much.

Jane’s place was really great! The apartment had such great views and the location was perfect too! Right next to sunny isles beach and just 35 mins to south beach . The apartment was clean , spacious and the beds were so comfortable! My kids loved the PAC man and Jane bought us donut treats and they loved them too! Thank you Jane 🙏🙏

An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

I have stayed in lot of Arbnb’s but Dija’s place was the cleanest and most equipment with the smallest details. She even left me espresso capsules, paper towels, soap, toilet paper, various cleaning supplies, salt, oil, dish soap, beautiful silverware, beach chairs, umbrella..all what is needed for a great vacation!. The studio was spotless clean! Bed of the highest quality! I am speechless! ! Little paradise. Thank you! Can’t wait to cone again!

It was a wonderful place to stay, great amenities, and parking was convenient . Staff were very friendly. It was a perfect central location for us. Andrew was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Ruth's Midtown unit is right in the heart of the life of Midtown, Miami. Restaurants, amenities, fashion, shopping -- all within easy walking distance. Great getaway for some urban living and endless sunshine! The unit was large, comfy, and fully stocked. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in a great area. Close walking distance to all local attractions, stores, and South Beach. Apartment felt cozy and just what we needed after spending a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location extremely clean and beautiful

Place was great! Friendly and responsive hosts, friendly people in building and also those that work there, really nice relaxing pool with lots of natural shade. Coconut Grove is a great location. Walkable restaurants, and shops, and walking along the pier morning and evenings was wonderful. Recommend!

This is my second time staying at one of Joseph’s properties, and once again, it was great. Highly recommended! The quality of the apartment is very good—especially the balcony, which offers an unbeatable view.

You can't help but say WOW when you walk through the door. Book it and don't even think twice about it. I could have spent all day just hanging out on the deck enjoying the view out to the sea.

The apartment offered stunning views of the water and boats, making every moment feel like a picturesque escape. It was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Wspaniały gospodarz, bardzo responsywny i proaktywny. Bardzo pomocny przy zorganizowaniu parkingu. Wybitna lokalizacja. Cisza, spokój, zieleń, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko wszelkich atrakcji. Piękny budynek z charakterem w stylu art deco. Samo mieszkanie warto byłoby już odświeżyć (np malowanie, czy wymiana płytek w łazience), ale to nie wpływa znacząco na ogólnie bardzo dobrą ocenę. Na plus ekspresy do kawy. Uiszczenie opłaty za parking jest wyzwaniem, ale to jest problem po stronie Airbnb.

La zona era impecable. Muy cómoda para estar a pie y con supermercados y farmacias cerca. El muelle estaba a unos pasos. El departamento estaba impecable, tenía algunos detalles más que nada del uso, pero limpio y muy cómodo. Era más grande de lo que parecía en las fotos. Éramos dos y estábamos re cómodas.

Impressive and huge building with many services. Fantastic mail room For receiving Amazon packages or so. Beautiful view to The sea. No balcony. Good bed but noisy. A water boiler would save time and energy.
