Brickell, Miami: alloggi vacanze con colazione

Gary's home is a great place to stay if you want to feel like you've already been living in Miami for years. We had an extended stay and it was perfect for three people (plus one cat!) to immediately feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze and it was well-stocked with everything we needed right off the bat. The large kitchen is very well suited for those who like to cook. There was enough space in the house for the three of us to stretch out. Nature surrounds the perimeter of the house and makes it feels as if you've been transported to a remote hideaway. The house is located minutes away from the historic Calle Ocho and a 15 minute drive to South Beach. Located at the edge of a residential area, Publix and Walgreens are also just within reach. It's tucked away from the street and conveniently close to the airport and a highway. We occasionally heard noises from each but weren't really bothered since we already live in a big city. Gary was welcoming, communicative, and extremely accommodating. He was responsive to my questions and offered lots of personal suggestions. Gary made sure we had a great stay – can't wait to stay in his home again the next time we visit Miami!

The place was what our group of 6 friends gathering from different places in the US needed. A bed for each person & a great location with parking for our activities around Miami. Place was clean, of value, and had a nice backyard to enjoy the great weather during our trip with a covered patio in case it . Some feedback that is all fixable for future visitors: 1. Should dislose that a person lives in this single story house w/ a separate entrance. We saw in reviews before we arrived but it would have been an uncomfortable surprise had we not. It was absolutely no problem for us. 2. The grill lit but wouldn't get above 125 degrees so maybe the propane needs to be changed. 3. Showers in bedrooms on the right side of the house as you walk in started cold and never got beyond room temperature by the end. The shower in the big master bedroom on the left side of the house was perfect so we all eventually started using that shower.

Very nice house on the river. Everything working properly (AC fast Internet TVs gate garage dishwasher). Quiet & safe neighborhood (although passing boats sometimes playing loud music). Host quickly responsive. Would book again!

This is a simple, clean home on the edge of little Haiti; we enjoyed being in an ethnically diverse neighbourhood. Easy access by car to major streets and highways and the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Damian was exceptionally responsive when a few issues arose over our almost 6 week stay. He resolved each of them promptly and with care. He was also generously flexible as our plans changed. Personal touches: Damian provided breakfast makings upon our arrival, and purchased a coffee grinder when we asked whether one would be available. I recommend him as a wonderful host.

5 Stars! This place was perfect—super clean, spacious, and in a very safe neighborhood. Parking for two cars was convenient, and the full-size fridge, comfy beds, and fun video game setup made our stay even better. The hot tub and relaxing backyard were huge highlights. It’s close to the University of Miami, Downtown, Wynwood, and the train station (which I highly recommend using). The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend—would absolutely stay again!

I went on vacation with my family and three kids the children play area was great they enjoyed every moment of it... the house was very clean.. Victor was very thoughtful and generous he surprised us with Cuban pastries which was a very thoughtful gesture and lovely to receive..I highly recommend Victor home.. also it was not a far drive to Miami beach...Victor is very attentive with his guess.. thank you for allowing my family in your home...see you next time..

The apartment is very nice and spacious.

I enjoyed the stay very much, the owner was very friendly and amenable. The house is within a short drive to downtown Miami and the beach.

Jackelyn's place was better than expected. from the beautiful views of the bay to the incredible amenities. jackelyn was super helpful and responsive.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Cerra was the best host I've EVER dealt with during any of my bnb stays. The property was well maintained, clean, and some of the most cozy bedding I've slept on. The balcony views were magical at all times of the day! The pool and gym amenities were great. Getting a seat at the pool was never an issue. Great location to explore with a lot of up and coming shopping and restaurants on the way! I would definitely stay again!

The apartment is fantastic, the view is amazing, the location is great. The building itself is great, there is a 24/7 gym, pool, restaurant and a bar where you can easily get coffee in the morning. The beds are very comfortable, the apartment is quiet. Check-in was very easy, Omar and Alex are excellent hosts, they respond quickly to everything. Highly recommended. :)

It was a great stay, super clean, comfortable bed an well equipped apartment with everything you might need, I would highly recommend this place!

I cannot rate Doug's place highly enough. The location so close to Wilton Drive is something to write home about on its own, but Doug makes his property so much more than just a convenient location to stay. Doug's pre-check-in communication was thorough and informative, and he was very flexible about my arrival and only asked that I keep him updated if my plans changed. The check-in process was quick but thoroughly informative, both about the property and the surrounding area. It wasn't my first trip to Wilton Manors, so I already had my bearings, but Doug was happy to offer suggestions if asked. Finally, Doug's attention to detail in every aspect of the property left me pleasantly stunned. The property is neatly kept, and the rooms are immaculate. Doug provides a *thoroughly* stocked supply of beverages and snacks, including some basic breakfast options (and espresso, which was very much needed after a night on the town in Wilton Manors!). My only regret was that I didn't get to use the beautiful heated pool because the Florida weather decided to rain--a lot--in what should've been the dry season. Thankfully, my room was comfortable and had everything I needed (and more) to just relax and unwind before heading out on the town. Thank you so much, Doug, for the great experience, and I can't wait to stay again because I will definitely be back!

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa nessa hospedagem! O ambiente é extremamente acolhedor e silencioso, com um quarto aconchegante, proporcionando todo o conforto que precisávamos. O café da manhã foi um destaque à parte, estava sensacional! A localização é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa e simpática, fazendo de tudo para garantir que a nossa estadia fosse perfeita. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltarei!

if you want to go to miami this is the best place for sure!!! Very cosy, clean and quiet. The location is very convenient and central. the host Tony, will make you feel like family and make sure you have a great stay! If you need any tip for Trips or activities around the City Tony will make it his personal mission to help you out. In terms of equipment (kitchen especially) this place is on a hole different level, and does not even compare to other AirBnBs!

Very nice place , Owner is very help person , room and other facilities were good , very calm and quiet place worth for the money if any chance to go to Florida again definitely I will book this place God bless her and her family
