We were quite comfortable there. While our party did not have children, I noticed the play set, bunkbeds, toys, and even baby feeding items. The kitchen was well supplied. We enjoyed the hot tub and it felt private.

Had a very nice stay. The home was very clean and spacious, and was walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores in Panguitch. Would highly recommend!

A rather cozy and comfortable stay! The house was extremely clean on arrival, the locking system on the front door is super convenient and personalized, and the house itself has a wonderful variety of amenities! My only real suggestion would be to change out the pillows—they really caused some bad neck and backaches on our parts and made it difficult to get good sleep.

Suzie place was beautiful! Definitely a place that I will think about stoping again. Perfect place for a good skiing adventure with beautiful views

Reviews and photos are accurate . Scott is easy to get hold of and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had lots of spices, and coffee, tea, hot coco, sweetener, creamer, tea. I enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon as it gets plenty of sun and was very comfortable outside sitting in late March .Also the 3 burner grill was nice and used 2 times since weather was so mild.

We came to Utah for Grandsons wedding. I booked Kristen’s place because it looked amazing in the pictures and it accommodated my kids who flew in from Florida and Atlanta. It was beautifully decorated and my kids all said, “wow, good job mom”! Lol Kristen’s home had absolutely everything we could possibly need and then some. A welcome basket with snacks and wine 😉. We all loved it! And most of all, it was so nice and CLEAN! Thank you so much Kristen 🥰 I really hope we can stay there again when we visit my Grandson and new Grandaughter. 😌

The house was nice and the location was very convenient for visiting Bryce. It was the perfect basecamp for our friends' trip.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luxury Downtown Getaway. The location was as easy as it gets for local restaurants, shopping, and access to expressways to visit the national parks. Our kids absolutely loved the putting green and the hot tub. The house ‘s open design is fantastic, allowing for us all having time together without being separated in different rooms while cooking and hanging out in the great room. The beds are comfortable, and the house is nice and quiet. Highly recommended!

The house had a very good set up for a large family with a whole downstairs area with multiple bunkbeds and couches that we could give to the kids. Any question I had was immediately responded to.

Great Location!!! Very helpful Host, clean place, plenty of room for our three families. Easy access to the master on the main floor with no stairs for the grandparents was a great unexpected plus. We snowboard all over the US and Brian Head was a great location for all levels of skill. Definitely will recommend Blain’s property to others!!!

Joshua's cabin was a great place to stay, he was a great host to work with. Beautiful views of Giant Steps out the big windows. Lots of great common areas to hang out, it was ideal for our large group. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. Joshua's cabin offered extra amenities over others in the area, unfortunately a few main things we planned on using were not available. The BBQ and fire pit were not on property and we were disappointed that Hot Tub was not currently working. Joshua communicated any issues we had and even sent a repair man to try to fix them. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay at his cabin again in the future.

Nick & Ciera’s house is at a nice location, away from the city hustles, allowing one to relax and have a good time with friends and family, amenities like hot tub and outdoor grill makes the experience fun and enjoyable. The hosts are friendly, responsive and quite descriptive of instructions which made the overall all access to the property and its amenities easier. Had a nice time staying here :)

We had an amazing stay! The views from the cabin are incredible. It’s super close to town and 15 minutes away from even more restaurants and things to do. Shaun provided detailed instructions for the cabin and recommendations for what to do while in town. The property is very private and had all the amenities we needed and more. We would highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at the cabin. It was beautiful and spacious and provided everything we needed. We especially loved the big kitchen and the separate upstairs and downstairs. The kids were able to have their own space and everyone was able to relax. Couple of things to note: -the nearest real grocery store is about 35 miles away so come with groceries already packed or stop beforehand, the restaurants nearby close pretty early so it's best to be prepared. (Aunt Sue's Chalet which is local has amazing breakfasts and is a good place to get a quick bite. ) -Bryce Canyon and Zion are about an hour or so drive

Stayed 3 days for a girls trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Beautiful place to stay. The hot tub, grill and stars were a fantastic way to end the days. Would recommend to anyone!

Cabin exceeded all expectations! Wonderful attention to detail, very modern, cleanliness throughout the home and all the amenities were amazing. Beautiful surroundings, private and easy to access. Anthony was a great host, fast responding to any questions. Highly recommended!
