Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. The cottage is located across the street from the ORV Trail in the Hiawatha National Forest. Conveniently located near the North Country Trail, the Sand Dunes on Hwy. 2 and Brevort Lake. Just 18 miles west of the Mackinac bridge and downtown St. Ignace, 50 min. drive to Soo Locks or Taquamenon Falls.

Kick back and relax in this romantic, stylish space. New custom home built in 2024-enjoy the deck or beach listening to the waves of Lake Michigan. Walk for miles on the sandy beach and rarely see anyone. In 20 miles or less visit St. Ignace, Mackinac Island, Mackinaw City, Lake Brevoort, Cut River, eat pasties, smoked fish and fudge while enjoying this special place. ATV, snowmobile or hike right from our driveway which is located on a quiet secluded road with state land across the road.

Sand Dunes Sanctuary

Nestled on the beach on the outskirts of the historic Saint Ignace Michigan is my two story home sitting on one acre of land on the private subdivision, Pointe Aux Chenes. This abundantly spacious home shares a quiet, private access to the Sand Dunes beach within the subdivision. Also less than one half mile away are miles and miles of the Sand Dunes Hiawatha hiking trails. Recreations can also use the Round Lake Road trail head within 2 miles and can plan any trip desired from this point.

Log Home on Lake Michigan

Located right on Lake Michigan, the Wildwood Cabin is a stunning, 3,000 square foot custom log home once featured on the cover of Log Home Living Magazine! The cabin has 120' of private Lake Michigan beach frontage, a beautiful panoramic view and is also nicely located to many of the area's top tourist attractions. It sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably and has superb custom furnishings throughout! Seventy-five steps down to the beach frontage and only 15 minutes from the Mackinac Bridge!

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

The cabin is a very comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath, upper peninsula home. There is a large entryway to leave all your gear in. The cabin is stocked with all the cooking utensils and pans you will need including a coffee grinder. The wood stove is wonderful to sit next to on a cold day. The cabin is private, facing away from the road. There is a fire pit for your evening hot dog and marshmallow roasts while enjoying the sounds of the whip-poor will.
