Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. Bramble Cottage, a converted barn with exposed oak beams, has all of the modern amenities you will need for a relaxing stay. We have 1 dedicated car parking space next to the cottage, there is however generally space for another car on request. Complete with deluxe hot tub and log burner this is the perfect home from home for families and couples alike. Situated just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Hereford and surrounded by woodland walks and rolling countryside.

Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! This open plan bed/sitting/kitchen space gives the feeling of calm and relaxation. A separate shower/toilet room also. This is situated on a working farm.

Ivy Cottage is the luxury country cottage retreat; it's just as you'd imagine and perfect for an unforgettable escape for the discerning couple. The homely but modern kitchen with its cream AGA leads into a comfortable sitting room with wood burner and onto a terrace with a private hot tub. Climb the stairs to the super kingsized bed and beautiful high quality bathroom, complete with walk-in shower, teardrop free-standing bath and plasma TV.

The Annexe: Comfortable separate studio apartment

Clean and tidy, completely separate studio apartment (1 king sized bed + optional floor mattress). Parking available for one car on secure, gated, private driveway. The Annexe prioritises your security with secure doors, windows, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance covering the residence, gardens, and parking areas. Hereford City Centre is within easy walking distance as are the Lugg Meadows with lovely country walks.

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.

Coach House built in 1899, now fully renovated to provide fantastic space a 10 min walk from the Cathedral. Up: Amazing master bedroom suite with double whirlpool Japanese "Omnitub Duo" bath (the 'hot-tub') & walk-in shower. Down: Wetroom, kitchen, lounge & 2 courtyard gardens.
