Settlers hut is for MTB riders, bush-walkers & fossickers- it's ideal for all those seeking a bush experience! The hut accommodates up to 4 in single bunks. A full kitchen with all utensils, plenty of hot water, electric blankets & heating, all linen, washing machine, DVD-player, outdoor BBQ & pit fire are provided. We are located on the river, 2 mins to IGA supermarket, pub & pizza, 10mins drive or ride the MTB link trail to Derby. Min night stay is 3 nights over the peak season Dec18 -Jan 18

Derby Bank House B&B- 2 bedroom suite & breakfast

The Derby Bank House is in the centre of town, walking distance to eateries, brewery and the iconic floating sauna. This old fashioned style Heritage listed Bed and Breakfast sleeps four people and includes 2 queen beds (four poster), a grand lounge room, Wi-FI, TV, record player and reverse cycle AC. The entire floor from Main Street level is offered as a suite with no kitchen or laundry facilities available. Self contained cabin is a seperate listing No children under the age of 14 years.

Located just 5 minutes walk from the beach, rock pools, boat ramp and tennis court, this comfortable house has breathtaking views over the Bay of Fires, from Eddystone Point to Binalong Bay beach, visible from the large deck, bed in the main bedroom and the sunny open plan living area. Evening sunsets, over the ocean are something to behold. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been modernised and are very functional. Included are: private secure courtyard with a small shaded verandah.

The Derby Lodge 'Two Bedroom' Stay option

The Derby Lodge '2 bedroom stay option' features a large open plan kitchen lounge and living area with a fire place and spectacular views over the valley. Its our main large Lodge, minus the Lodge apartment on the end. You have private access, the bike garage and workshop downstairs, and the large deck at the front of the property. It can accommodated 6 people comfortably over the 2 rooms in all single beds or a king bed option. (Please let us know if you want the king bed)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open the French doors that lead onto the deck and take in the magnificent far reaching views of Medea Cove , dense forest and the beautiful rolling hills behind St Helens . The kitchen has everything you will need if you wish to cook . There is a 2 burner gas cooker , small oven and microwave. A deep spa and a powerful shower awaits you in the super flash bathroom . The bedroom has a comfy queen bed , wardrobe and TV .
